De todos os "traumas" e receios que já passei de grosserias e descasos em outras clínicas, unidades e hospitais, falta de informação e assistência, desrespeito pelo paciente/cliente, a Santa Bárbara me fez voltar a acreditar em serviço clínico/hospitalar humano. Recepcionistas solícitos, médicos competentes e atenciosos.
I loved being attended by this clinic. Of all the "traumas" and fears that I have gone through of rudeness and neglect in other clinics, units and hospitals, lack of information and assistance, disrespect for the patient / client, Santa Bárbara made me believe in human clinical / hospital service again. Attentive receptionists, competent and attentive doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a clínica! Marquei uma consulta para as 11:00 fiquei esperando até 13:00 e o médico nunca tinha nem chegado,tive que estornar o pagamento! Da outra vez a atendente disse que estava marcado pra Segunda,quando chego lá,ela falou que tinha se equivocado que a consulta era só pra terça-feira! Péssimo atendimento e muito desorganizado!
Bad experience with the clinic! I made an appointment for 11:00 am I waited until 13:00 and the doctor had never even arrived, I had to cancel the payment! The other time the attendant said it was scheduled for Monday, when I get there, she said she was mistaken that the appointment was only for Tuesday! Poor service and very disorganized!
