Lack of respect in scheduling, they put a queue without making it clear that you will wait 3 to 4 hours. They could have the least respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone. Ninguém responde o WhatsApp. Faz 1 mês que tento marca uma consulta e não consigo. Liguei no dia 22/12 por sorte atenderam, a pessoa ficou de retornar confirmando a data, porém até hoje nunca retornou. Se o atendimento de entrada é desta forma quem dirá o resto.
No one answer the phone. Nobody answers WhatsApp. I've been trying to make an appointment for 1 month and I can't. I called on 12/22 luckily they answered, the person was to return confirming the date, but to this day he has never returned. If the incoming service is this way who will say the rest.
