★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espera de 40 minutos para ser atendida pela Otorrino, fui orientada a comprar uma medicação que de nada adiantou, retornei apresentando os mesmos sintomas, ai que ela resolveu pedir um exame. Resumindo, receitou um medicamento aleatoriamente que de nada adiantou para o meu problema e por sinal me custou bem caro. Se não sabia oque eu tinha, porque já não pediu o exame logo de inicio? Péssimo atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até a recepção, tudo beleza. Mas esse dotozinho Helio, uma grosseria e ignorância. Demorou exatos 1h e 40min p chegar, nem no SUS é tão demorado. Consulta demorou uns 3 minutos pra ele dizer que não sabe(sem humildade nenhuma) preencher formulário de alto custo. Super decepcionada. Não indico esse médico que se diz endócrino e reumato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 19/10/2020 fui até essa clinica passar em uma consulta que já estava aguardando a 25 dias com o médico Dr. Hélio Carvalho Pinto CRM 119.365 Endocrinologista. Após aguardá-lo por 30 minutos, fui chamada por ele visivelmente apressado e falando super alto, até ai tolerável. Quando entrei no consultório ele estava ao telefone chamando uma funcionária por nome de C... desligou e continuando a falar alto me perguntou em que poderia me ajudar. Apresentei primeiramente uma cartinha do médico que tinha me encaminhado (clinico geral) e os exames, ele pegou só os exames e começou a falar que estava tudo ótimo, que a única coisa que precisava melhorar era o Colesterol, ok isso eu já sabia, em seguida ele disse que tireoide Hashimoto não tem causa conhecida, que não têm um tratamento exceto continuar tomando a medicação que já faço uso. Pois bem, o clinico geral me encaminhou na esperança de poder fazer o meu tratamento com as duas opiniões e juntos decidir se seria ou não necessário aumentar a dosagem da medicação/ solicitar outros exames etc. O Dr Hélio percebeu que fiquei frustrada com tanta falta de profissionalismo, que até me falou que se eu quisesse era pra procurar uma outra opinião diferente de uma colega médico e que a formação dele era essa com anos de profissão. Detalhe, eu estava em silencio só ouvindo tamanha grosseria até porque não iria me igualar ao nível dele, não seria da minha educação.
Eu não recomendo, o paciente sai do consultório sem explicação e sem ser atendido, é como se ele tivesse fazendo um favor, muito triste isso.

First I presented a letter from the doctor who had referred me (general practitioner) and the exams, he just took the exams and started saying that everything was great, that the only thing I needed to improve was cholesterol, ok that I already knew, in then he said that thyroid Hashimoto has no known cause, that they have no treatment except to continue taking the medication that I already use. Well, the general practitioner referred me in the hope of being able to do my treatment with both opinions and together decide whether or not it would be necessary to increase the dosage of the medication / request other tests etc. Dr Hélio realized that I was frustrated with such a lack of professionalism, that he even told me that if I wanted to, it was to seek a different opinion from a fellow doctor and that his training was this with years of profession. Detail, I was silent just hearing such rudeness, because it would not match my level, it would not be my education.
I do not recommend, the patient leaves the office without explanation and without being seen, it is as if he were doing a favor, very sad that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, o medico ortopedista chegou com 1 hora de atraso , pelo menos 10 pacientes marcados quase no mesmo horário, todos esperando sem nenhuma satisfação. Não recomendo, descaso e desrespeito com os pacientes

A consulta do filho estava agendada às 10:15, cheguei com 15 minutos de antecedência, fiquei até 11 horas e nem a ficha fiz, acabei desistindo, tamanha demora, sem contar que ainda tinha mais de 5 pessoas na minha frente aguardando fazer ficha . FALTA DE RESPEITO, não recomendo para ninguém.
