★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom atendimento, espaço limpo, organizado e aconchegante, porém o atendimento online é um pouquinho demorado, como sugestão, seria bom que após a consulta e retorno, se houver dúvidas do paciente principalmente na especialidade da ginecologia, a dúvida seja passada apenas para gerência ( já que só ela é quem entra em contato com o/a médica) sem precisar passar pelas atendentes, pois por ser algo muito íntimo, se torna constrangedor, passar sua dúvida para a ou as (no meu caso) atendentes, para depois para gerência, para por último chegar na médica. muito incômoda essa situação, no mais super indico.
good service, clean, organized and cozy space, but online service is a little time-consuming, as a suggestion, it would be good that after consultation and return, if there are doubts from the patient, especially in the specialty of gynecology, the doubt is passed only to management ( since only she is the one who gets in contact with the doctor) without having to go through the attendants, because because it is something very intimate, it becomes embarrassing, pass your doubt on to the attendant (or in my case), and then to management , to finally get to the doctor. this situation is very uncomfortable, not the most indicative.
