Five stars are few! The AMO clinic I dare say it is the BEST in service and infrastructure, starting with the reception that has a different logistics. I already knew AMO in Salvador and I am happy to know that in Ilhéus the quality is maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insatisfeitos. Nas ligaçoes é preciso tentar umas 10veze. Somos de outra cidade. Estive com meu esposo na clínica...; e teve exame que precisava de Relatório, mas o médico não deu nenhum relatório pra ele, tive que retornar lá pra ficar aguardando esse relatório;
O plano não autorizou o exame porque a letra não estava compreensível;
Muito desgaste para uma coisa tão simples, que até por email pode se resolver.
Dissatisfied. In the connections you have to try about 10 times. We are from another city. I was with my husband at the clinic...; and there was an exam that needed a report, but the doctor didn't give him any report, I had to go back there to wait for that report;
The plan did not authorize the examination because the handwriting was not understandable;
A lot of wear and tear for something so simple, that even by email it can be resolved.
