★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima unidade. Fui pela primeira vez nessa clínica e simplesmente não aceitam cartão de crédito e nem de débito. Além do mais, atendente foi ríspida. Detestei. As unidade da Cidade Nova e Almirante Barroso são melhores.
Bad unit. I went to the clinic for the first time and they simply do not accept credit or debit cards. Besides, the attendant was harsh. I hated it. The units in Cidade Nova and Almirante Barroso are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Clínica tem uma ótima estrutura e bem localizada otimos profissonais Mas tem muitas falhas gerenciais percebemos colaboradores desmotivados. Algumas recepcionistas aparecem q estão lá só pq precisam, trabalham aborrecidas Já ouvi dizer de quem ja trabalhou la que não pagam nem o piso salarial, tem muito pra dar certo porém PÉSSIMA GESTAO. Tá na hora de trocar caso contráriao vai pro buraco. Já tentei contato com a gestora porém nunca olhou na minha cara parece q vive escondida dos seus clientes. Queria entregar essa minha avaliação em mãos. Mas enfim... E isso !
The Clinic has a great structure and well located, great professionals, but it has many managerial flaws, we perceive unmotivated employees. Some receptionists appear there who are only there because they need it, they work bored I have heard of those who have worked there that they do not even pay the minimum wage, it has a lot to work out, but it is a BAD MANAGEMENT. It's time to change it otherwise it goes to the hole. I have already tried to contact the manager but never looked in my face it seems that he lives hidden from his clients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, marquei as 16:50 e ainda não fui atendido (já são 17:37), não conseguem nem ao menos me informar quantos faltam para me atenderem, o estacionamento é pequeno e as pessoas estacionam o carro atrás do seu sem nem pensar duas vezes, poderia ter um rapaz olhando e impedindo esse tipo de situação, a gestão é péssima, deveria ter um tempo limite para as consultas, um número máximo delas por dia, pedem para chegar com 30 minutos de antecedência mas não cancelam a consulta daqueles que se atrasam e atrasam a vida de todos os outros clientes.
Apesar de ser um local cujo o slogan é "atendimento rápido" não foi cumprido a promessa, pedi o reembolso da consulta.
Terrible service, I made an appointment at 4:50 pm and still haven't been seen (it's now 5:37 pm), they can't even tell me how many are left to serve me, the parking lot is small and people park their car behind theirs without even thinking twice, there could be a guy watching and preventing this type of situation, the management is terrible, there should be a time limit for consultations, a maximum number of them per day, they ask to arrive 30 minutes in advance but they do not cancel the consultation of those who lag behind and delay the lives of all the other customers.
Despite being a place whose slogan is "quick service", the promise was not fulfilled, I asked for a refund for the consultation.

Espero nunca mais voltar nessa clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já morei em Goiânia, Porto Alegre e Brasília. Sempre usando os serviços e o único lugar que não se cumpre uma regra federal quanto ao retorno de consultas médicas não serem pagas, por fazer parte do mesmo atendimento é em BELÉM PA.
Cobram 2 vezes de vc.
E o grave fiquei sem o retorno médico depois de ter gasto mais de 600,00 reais com exames pra NADA. Pois quando fui mercenariamente ter que pagar novamente, eles não aceitam outra forma de pagamento a não ser dinheiro vivo. PRESUMO pela obviedade que é porque os mercenários, ops os médicos, querem o dinheiro vivo no final do dia.
Aqui é uma lástima.
Fiquei sem atendimento em tempo hábil para descobrir o que tenho pois só dinheiro e só pagando como se fosse uma nova consulta. ABSURDO.
I've lived in Goiânia, Porto Alegre and Brasília. Always using the services and the only place that does not comply with a federal rule regarding the return of medical appointments not being paid, as part of the same service is in BELÉM PA.
They charge you twice.
And the serious one I didn't have the medical return after having spent more than 600.00 reais on exams for NOTHING. Because when I was mercenarily having to pay again, they didn't accept any other form of payment than cash. I assume for the obvious reason that the mercenaries, as opposed to the doctors, want the cash at the end of the day.
Here is a shame.
I was left without care in a timely manner to find out what I have because I only have money and just paying as if it were a new appointment. ABSURD.
