★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma clínica que não aceita pagamento no cartão(nem debito e nem credito),nem aceita pix, estamos no ano 2022 tecnologia em alta,só aceita dinheiro, quem anda com dinheiro hoje em dia, isso é um ABSURDO.O paciente se deslocar da sua casa até a clinica e não conseguir ser atendido, por causa que não aceita cartão,pior ainda é que não se informa isso,ao paciente, quando é agendada a consulta, isso é INADMISSÍVEL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quesito de atendimento presencial. Eu não tenho nenhuma queixa. A recepção prestou bom atendimento.
Os médicos são atenciosos.
Porém o atendimento via whatsapp é péssimo. Estou tentando marcar um gastro pra minha filha. E já tem 2 horas,??? que me pediram para aguardar direcionar para setor desejado.
Alguém faça alguma coisa. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com Neurologista, um mau educado, sem explicações claras de minha situação e mesmo eu explicando com o que trabalho e da maneira que estou, está impossível conseguir trabalhar, ele respondeu " Se quiser pegar licença procure outro médico porque Eu não vou dar". Eu não tenho equilíbrio para caminhar, tenho Nistagmo nos olhos e sou prof de Ed física trabalho com crianças.

É um dos mais eficiente.
A Dra. Mariza, é um amor, e uma médica excelente. Se interessa pelo paciente, ela é muito eficiente e esclarecida. Estou muito contente com meu plano. Recomendo.
I expected much less, I had excellent service, all the attendants were very polite and fast. The exams are carried out by the Hermes Pardini laboratory.
It is one of the most efficient.
Dr. Mariza is a sweetheart and an excellent doctor. If interested in the patient, she is very efficient and enlightened. I'm very happy with my plan. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa unidade e mais 3 unidades para fazer todos os exames que minha mãe precisava, com as datas mais próximas, nessa unidade da av. José Maciel no taboão fizemos exames de sangue dia 07/02/21, o resultado estava marcado para ficarem prontos dia 11.02 quando minha mãe teria o retorno com a médica antes de voltar para a cidade que ela mora, todos os outros exames que fizemos consegui antecipar os resultados, todos atendentes foram super prestativos e entenderam a situação, dia 09/12 retornei a unidade e perguntei a atendente Ingrid se tinha possibilidade de retirar os resultados antes, ela nem olhou no meu comprovante, simplesmente só informou que tem q aguardar a data prevista e poderia retirar pela Internet, dia 11/02 estive novamente na unidade p retirar os resultados com a atendente paloma, que me informou q 3 exames teriam q serem recoletados, ninguém me ligou, nem mandou mensagem, nem sinal de fumaça, talvez se a Ingrid tivesse pelo menos a vontade de fazer o trabalho dela, teria olhado no sistema e teria visto essa informação e possivelmente teria dado tempo de ter refeito a coleta, visto que a unidade estava vazia, não tinha nem motivo de correria, foi simplesmente má vontade.
I was in this unit and 3 more units to do all the exams that my mother needed, with the closest dates, in this unit on Av. José Maciel in taboão we did blood tests on the 07/02/21, the result was scheduled to be ready on the 11.02th when my mother would have the return with the doctor before returning to the city where she lives, all the other tests we did I managed to to anticipate the results, all the attendants were super helpful and understood the situation, on 12/09 I returned to the unit and asked the attendant Ingrid if it was possible to withdraw the results before, she did not even look at my receipt, she simply informed that she has to wait for the expected date and could withdraw it on the Internet, on the 11/02th I was again at the unit to collect the results with the attendant paloma, who informed me that 3 exams would have to be collected, no one called me, nor sent me a message, not even a smoke signal, maybe if Ingrid had at least been willing to do her job, she would have looked in the system and seen this information and possibly had time to redo the collection, since the unit was empty, there was no reason to rush, it was simply ill will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessíma experiência 12/04/2022, ás 15h30 ! Nunca vi uma unidade tão mal administrada!!! Perdi uma consulta com o gastro porque a unidade retrógada só aceitava dinheiro na consulta. Nem um mecanismo de aviso ao paciente, eles tem. Perdi meu dia, tempo, rodei 4,5 km, gastei gasolina e ainda passei nervoso que nem podia. Se eu tivesse entrado aqui para ver as avaliações de outras pessoas, não teria passado por isso. Essas avaliações são importantissímas. Infelizmente ainda somos obrigada a dar uma estrelinha para poder avaliar negativamente. O correto seria zero ? credo !
Bad experience 4/12/2022 at 3:30 pm! I have never seen such a poorly managed unit!!! I missed an appointment with the gastro because the retrograde unit only accepted money for the appointment. Not even a patient warning mechanism, they have. I lost my day, time, rode 4.5 km, spent gas and even got so nervous that I couldn't. If I had come here to see other people's reviews, I wouldn't have gone through this. These assessments are very important. Unfortunately, we are still obliged to give a little star in order to rate negatively. The correct one would be zero ? creed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as outras clinicas são muito boas, porém esse unidade de Taboão da Serra está de mal a pior.
pedem para marcar pelo o WhatsApp, mais sempre está fora de sistema, tenta marca pelo pelefone sempre fora de sistema. Fiz o exame disseram que ficaria pronto no dia seguinte (preparei tudo para apresentar o exeme como o combinado no dia seguinte) porém ao ligar pra saber se já estava pronto pediram para ligar mais tarde, liguei no horário combinado falaram que fica pronto de 7 a dia 15 ulteis, expliquei que precisava do exame na data combinada falou que só daqui 3 dias. Vou falar....
essa unidade está uma bagunça. Quem quiser evitar estress procure outra unidade

they ask to dial by WhatsApp, but it is always out of the system, tries to dial by the phone always out of the system. I took the exam they said it would be ready the next day (I prepared everything to present the exam as agreed the next day) but when I called to see if it was ready they asked to call later, I called at the agreed time they said it would be ready from 7 am to On the 15th of the month, I explained that I needed the exam on the agreed date and said that it would only be in 3 days. I will speak....
this unit is a mess. Who wants to avoid stress look for another unit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema o ano passado com atendimento, esqueceram minha ficha na recepção e o médico foi embora. E eu mais de uma hora esperando na sala de espera!
Esse ano pra agendar consulta é só whatsapp, você inicia o agendamento às 8h e termina as 17h .. isso se vc ficar chamando toda hora na conversa! Aí sim vc sai com a consulta agendada!
Quer dizer, eu acho né! Vamos ver no dia da consulta se vai estar agendada mesmo !
Os médicos são muito bons! Mais o atendimento sempre ruim.

I had a problem last year with care, they forgot my file at the reception and the doctor left. And I more than an hour waiting in the waiting room!
