★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento telefonico liguei 8 vezes para agendar consulta. Na 9 vez consegui falar ja que as demais a pessoa q atendia desligava a ligação. E nem vem com desculpa de congestionamento de linhas pq a gente sabe qndo é atendido e desligam.
 Poor phone service, I called 8 times to schedule an appointment. On the 9th time I managed to speak since the others the person who answered the call hung up. And it doesn't even come with an excuse of line congestion because we know when it's answered and they hang up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CANAL DE COMUNICAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE: Atendimento telefônico e via WhatsApp é lastimável. Os telefones da clínicas estavam sempre ocupado e a havia uma grande demora dos atendentes em retornar as mensagens via WhatsApp.
FOCO NO CLIENTE: Este não é um dos valores desta clinica. Atendimento presencial horrível.
Meu atendimento foi agendado para um sábado e, mesmo com horário agendado foi necessário ficar do lado de fora da clinica após retirar uma senha e aguardar para ser chamad para a triagem isto devido a sala de espera estar cheia.
Está foi minha experiência e fica a observação aos responsáveis pela administração da clínica para se atentarem ao fato.

CHANNEL OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER: Telephone and WhatsApp service is regrettable. The clinic's phones were always busy and there was a long delay from the attendants in returning messages via WhatsApp.
CUSTOMER FOCUS: This is not one of the values of this clinic. Horrible face-to-face service.
My service was scheduled for a Saturday and, even with the scheduled time, it was necessary to stay outside the clinic after removing a password and waiting to be called for screening, due to the waiting room being full.
This was my experience and the observation remains for those responsible for administering the clinic to pay attention to the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pelo whatsapp e via ligação , ninguém responde , e quando ligamos ele desliga tem que ligar 10 a 20 vezes para ser atendido , o engraçado e que quando foi oferecido o cartão fomos super bem atendido, agora não consigo usufruir do que estou pagando pois ninguém atende ou me responde e ir presencialmente e complicado para quem trabalha, então esse meio de ligação e whatsapp facilita se algum atendente respondendesse e não desligassem na nossa cara !!!! PÉSSIMO EU NÃO INDACARIA DE MODO NENHUM .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente alguns médicos dessa clínica não são profissionais qualificados para atendimento ao público. Pra complementar quando vc precisa marcar uma consulta, não consegue pelo atendimento telefônico. Péssimo. Liguei várias vezes e a ligação cai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais de Saúde são bons mais o atendimento e administração interna são pessimas, já agendei a consulta cheguei no dia e falaram que não tinha agendado, faço pagamento ADIANTADO e toda vez que vou falam que não paguei, sem contar que toda vez que vou sem exagerar TODA com horario marcado atrasa por mais de 1 hora sendo que o horario é marcado e tenho compromissos, já tive diversos problema com receita e inclusive um tive que ligar diversas vezes e quando atendeu desligaram na minha cara enquanto falava o problema, toda vez para marca horario pelo telefone é um sacrifício só continuo indo pq o SUS demora muito pra passar em qualquer coisa, mas se tivesse mais condições com certeza irria procurar outro lugar não é so pq o público de vcs tem uma renda mais baixa e tem que tratar de jeito PESSIMO

Infelizmente acabei de me consultar com a ginecologista daí e estou muito insatisfeita.
Relatei que estou com um nódulo no seio que queria uma guia para mamografia e ela simplesmente me deu um papel e me mandou embora.
Sequer perguntou qual seio era o módulo e como estava me sentindo.
Me senti muito mal com o descaso e se não fosse o contrato de um ano com vcs cancelaria meu plano hj mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou aqui colocar minha experiência com a clínica, me baseando em todos inclusive as particulares.. Necessitei de um médico clínico geral.. Em clínicas particulares o valor da consulta girava em torno 300 a 500 reais.. Aqui eu paguei 27 reais, agendei pelo app ,e tinha vaga no mesmo.Quanto ao tempo de espera todos os lugares existem.. Inclusive alguns que nos fazem esperar até mais de 2hrs mesmo pagando o valor bem alto como citei acima... Aguardei cerca de 1hr para ser atendido na clinica amor saúde, achei dentro do padrão normal, a médica foi muito atenciosa, me examinou como deveria, e solicitou vários exames que tbm fiz na clínica. Antes fiz uma cotação dos exames em laboratórios que ficou em uma média de 400 reais todos eles de um laboratório para outro. Aqui eu paguei apenas 110 reais por todos eles... Acordei cedo, fui o primeiro da fila na coleta e fiquei esperando menos de 10 minutos pela coleta do sangue... Analisando o que mais importa que sao os custos... Em lugares particulares eu gastaria uma média de 800 reais, aqui eu gastei menos de 150 reais... Vejo tantas reclamações aqui nestas postagens que me fizeram refletir e vir compartilhar aqui... Será que mesmo pagando quase 800 reais em outros lugares seríamos
melhores atendidos? Qto aos funcionários também foram muito atenciosos...a questão do telefone... Realmente toca sem parar... Porém os funcionários não conseguiriam atender o público e o telefone ao mesmo tempo...a clínica deveria sim contratar profissionais para area telefônica. Mas mas outras questões funciona perfeitamente.
