★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel. Como dizem que tem agendamento pra consulta médica e quando a pessoa chega é por ordem de chegada ? Gente, as informações com clareza é bem mais satisfatórias e agradáveis para o paciente. Cenário de pandemia e o local aglomerado. Estamos pagando, é um valor mais em conta é, mas cadê a qualidade no serviço???
 Horrible. How do you say you have an appointment for a medical appointment and when the person arrives it's on a first-come, first-served basis? Folks, the information clearly is much more satisfying and pleasant for the patient. Pandemic scenario and the crowded place. We are paying, it's a more affordable value, but where's the quality of the service???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do atendimento de marcação até o banheiro, a clínica é péssima. Atendimento nada humanizado, fila de espera enorme, sempre lotada, banheiro sempre sujo. Sem falar no atendimento odontológico que sempre fazem tudo correndo e mal feito. Não indico para ninguém.
From the appointment service to the bathroom, the clinic is terrible. Service not humanized, long queue, always crowded, bathroom always dirty. Not to mention the dental care that is always rushed and poorly done. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um verdadeiro matadou humano. Tem uma médica louca ginecologista lá, que quase matou minha mãe. Até hoje a tal clínica do (amor), não ajudou com nada. Nada presta, a pior clínica que já entrei. Nem laboratório. É simples leve seu parente e já compre um caixão.
It's a real human killer. There's a crazy gynecologist doctor there who almost killed my mother. Until today, this clinic of (love) has not helped at all. Nothing good, the worst clinic I've ever been to. Nor laboratory. It's simple, take your relative and buy a coffin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado! Uma demora no atendimento. Minha mãe é idosa chegou com dor na coluna e esperou 2 horas para receber atendimento. A gente acha que pagando consulta vai ser melhor que ir pra UPA mas tá igual.
Não recomendo!
Very disorganized! A delay in service. My mother is elderly, arrived with back pain and waited 2 hours to receive care. We think that paying for a consultation will be better than going to the UPA, but it's the same.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A demora é absurda e se for fazer algum exame de sangue tá lascado, você vai morrer de fome ou passar mal, criança sofre muito não utilizam nem um escalpe pra retirada de sangue, é na injeção grossa pra doer mesmo, o que salva são alguns médicos e médicas que são muito gente boa, em especial Dra. Ana Maria Lima (gastro) / Dra. Vanessa Marques (ultrassom) tem um bom atendimento e são super educadas, alguns atendente são gente boa também mas essa amor saude de paulista tem que gerencia bem as coisas tá uma bagunça.
The delay is absurd and if you go for a blood test, it's chipped, you'll die of hunger or feel sick, children suffer a lot, they don't even use a scalp to remove blood, it's in the thick injection to really hurt, what saves are some doctors who are very good people, especially Dr. Ana Maria Lima (gastro) / Dr. Vanessa Marques (ultrasound) has a good service and they are super polite, some attendants are good people too but this love of health from São Paulo has to manage things well, it's a mess.

Quando entrei no consultório a médica dr etiene foi super grossa ao fazer o exame a sala dela muito suja a lixeira estava transbordando de lixo materiais usados por outras mulheres restos d4e papéis pelo chão sujos d4e sangue só fiz o exame porq já tinha pago no cartão do meu marido 150 reais é eu precisa desse resultado o mais rápido possível mas mim arrependi por conta d4a sujeira corri o risco de ter pego uma infecção

A clínica é muito limpa fui atendida muito bem pelas funcionárias mas a médica e o seu consultório muito sujo sai mim sentindo mal vou denunciar.
Há e outro detalhe sabe aquele papel que fica forrado na cama no ato do meu exame como ela foi muito grossa fiquei sangrando aí ela pegou o papel puxou e botou dentro da minha vacina quando levantei da cama o papel estava preso entre minha vacina e a cama aí ela disse vc pode partir o papel vou acionar as autoridades competentes pra que isso pare e não aconteça com outras mulheres.

When I entered the office, the doctor dr etiene was super rude when doing the exam her room was very dirty the trash was overflowing with rubbish materials used by other women leftovers of papers on the floor dirty with blood I only took the exam because I had already paid for it on the credit card my husband 150 reais is I need this result as soon as possible but I regretted it because of the dirt I ran the risk of getting an infection
God forbid I will never go back to this clinic again
The clinic is very clean, I was treated very well by the employees, but the doctor and her office are very dirty and leave me feeling bad, I will report it.
There is another detail, you know, that paper that is covered on the bed during my exam as it was very thick I was bleeding then she took the paper, pulled it and put it inside my vaccine when I got out of bed the paper was stuck between my vaccine and the bed then she said you can break the paper, I'll call the competent authorities so that it stops and doesn't happen to other women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 11/01/2022 tive pela segunda vez uma péssima experiência neste estabelecimento médico marquei um exame de ultrassonografia para minha mãe de 84 anos, na hora da marcação perguntei pra recepcionista se poderia chegar ás 18h com ela para que ela não esperasse tanto por conta da idade e os problemas que vinha apresentado a mesma mim informou que não teria problema, pois, a medica chegaria depois das 16h e ficaria atendo até ás 19:00h. Um dia antes 10/01/2022 a telefonista mim liga e confirma comigo o exame e lembrei a telefonista que iria chegar ás 18h a mesma pediu para que chegasse ás 17:40 para ir agilizando falei ok estarei no horário combinado. Chegando eu com minha mãe e meu companheiro foi informado por outro atendente, não muito atencioso, mim encaminhou para a médica quando mim deparei com a ajudante e a informação que minha mãe só iria fazer um exame por que o outro e pela parte da manhã vejam só o tamanho descaso com a uma idosa de 84 anos sem poder nem andar direito e disse mais a ajudante que chamou ela varias vezes ás 11:45 pois era esse seu horário que ela estava marcada e que á tarde tinha chegado uma pessoa no balcão de informações e cancelado o exame que já estava pago. Gente que mundo estamos !!! foi que fiz um maior barraco e terminou ela fazendo graças a Deus o exame. Mas muita falta de respeito para com o idoso, hipertensa , diabética ficou nervosa sua pressão chegou em casa alta ABSURDO !!!! e falta de comunicação entre os funcionários que fazem a marcação pois em momento nenhum foi informado que um dos exames ela a medica fazia pela manhã.

The day before 01/10/2022 the operator calls me and confirms the exam with me and I reminded the operator that I would arrive at 18:00 she asked me to arrive at 17:40 to speed up I said ok I'll be at the agreed time. When I arrived with my mother and my partner, I was informed by another attendant, not very attentive, he referred me to the doctor when I came across the assistant and the information that my mother would only do an exam because the other and in the morning would see just the big neglect with an 84-year-old woman who couldn't even walk properly and the assistant said more that she called her several times at 11:45 because it was her time that she was scheduled and that in the afternoon a person had arrived at the counter information and canceled the exam that was already paid for. People what a world we are!!! it was that I made a bigger shack and she ended up doing the exam, thank God. But a lot of lack of respect for the elderly, hypertensive, diabetic was nervous her pressure came home high ABSURD!!!! and lack of communication between the employees who make the appointment because at no time was it informed that one of the exams she did the doctor in the morning.
