★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica com preços acessíveis, Levei minha tia pra um retorno, precisava pegar alguns resultados e a atendente (Jamille) foi mt paciente e atenciosa, minha experiencia com atendimento e consulta foi bom.
Clinic with affordable prices, I took my aunt for a return visit, I needed to get some results and the attendant (Jamille) was very patient and attentive, my experience with care and consultation was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida desde a recepção até o consultório. Uma recepcionista fofinha com rostinho bem bonitinho me ajudou conseguindo uma vaga para mim e depois com os exames. Muito atenciosa e educada, esqueci de perguntar o nome dela. Recomendo a clínica, preço acessivel e profisionais atenciosos.
I was very well taken care of from reception to the office. A cute receptionist with a pretty face helped me by getting me a spot and then with the exams. Very attentive and polite, I forgot to ask her name. I recommend the clinic, affordable price and attentive professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que marco uma consulta pelo app é cancelada quando já estou lá. Os atendentes não sabem informar nada, não ligam nem mandam mensagens pelo whatsapp dos dois números. Já fui mais de cinco vezes pra ser atendido em diversas áreas e sempre dei de cara com a porta e um sacudir de ombros. Perdi tempo, dinheiro, paciência e descanso pra essa humilhação.
Every time I make an appointment through the app, it's canceled when I'm already there. The attendants don't know how to inform anything, they don't call or send whatsapp messages from the two numbers. I've been more than five times to be served in different areas and I've always come face to face with the door and a shrug of the shoulders. I lost time, money, patience and rest for this humiliation.

Se arrependimento matasse eu já estaria morta, por que o tanto que eu me arrependo de ter feito plano nessa clínica ??
Não indico a ninguém, e quem quiser entrar no plano deles se preparem por que é só dinheiro jogado fora, eu pago o plano deles pra nada por que eu nunca consigo marcar nenhuma consulta nem pelo whatsapp e nem por ligação, mas todo mês é descontado o dinheiro do plano deles no meu cartão!
Na hora de pegar o dinheiro eles tão prontamente pra descontar, mas na hora de cumprir com o real papel deles, eles não cumprem.
Não indico essa clínica a ninguém, é só dinheiro perdido.

If regret could kill I would already be dead, because how much I regret having made a plan at this clinic ??
I don't recommend it to anyone, and anyone who wants to join their plan, get ready because it's just money wasted, I pay their plan for nothing because I can never make an appointment either by whatsapp or by call, but every month is discounted their plan money on my card!
When it comes to taking the money, they are quick to cash it in, but when it comes to fulfilling their real role, they don't.
I don't recommend this clinic to anyone, it's just wasted money.

Você fica horas esperando o atendimento. Sem falar que alguns médicos vão embora antes de dar seu horário. E você chega para a consulta e o médico não está mais. Aconteceu comigo. Eu liguei marquei a consulta e perguntei até que horas o médico atendia , pois estava trabalhando e nem que fosse a última seu iria. A atendente me informou que o médico atendia até às 18hs. Cheguei na clinica as 16horas e o médico já havia ido embora pq tinha terminado de atender os pacientes . E eu ? Como fico na história. Nem aí menos ligaram pra saber se eu iria ou não. Peloenos. Antes dele ir embora. Em fim, outras vezes cheguei lá paguei o atendimento e o rapaz nem se quer levou meu papel pra Dra. Fui a última p fui reclamar e eles viram o erro . Enfim , insatisfeita , querendo cancelar. E não recomendo.
Super disorganized clinic.
You spend hours waiting for the service. Not to mention that some doctors leave before giving their time. And you arrive for the appointment and the doctor is no longer there. It happened to me. I called, made an appointment and asked what time the doctor was working, as he was working and even if it was the last he would go. The attendant informed me that the doctor attended until 6 pm. I arrived at the clinic at 4 pm and the doctor had already left because he had finished treating the patients. And I ? How I get in the story. They didn't even call to find out if I would go or not. Peloenos. Before he left. In the end, other times I got there, I paid for the service and the guy didn't even take my paper to Dr. I was the last to complain and they saw the error. Anyway, dissatisfied, wanting to cancel. And I don't recommend it.
