★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou encantado com a clínica , atualmente é muito difícil ter uma atendimento de qualidade por um preço baixo , eu fiz o cartão de todos a 1 mês e já usei muito, pois a clínica oferece um valor acessível com ótimos médicos , lugar aconchegante e pessoal muito educadas me senti bem e super indico.
Na parte da odontologia fui muito bem atendido na recepção e sala do dentista meu tratamento ficou muito em conta e já comecei fazendo a limpeza no mesmo dia ! Realmente rápido, barato e com qualidade !!!
 I am delighted with the clinic , it is currently very difficult to have quality care for a low price , I made the card every 1 month and I have already used it a lot , as the clinic offers an affordable value with great doctors , a cozy place and very personal educated felt good and super indicate.
In the dentistry part I was very well attended at the reception and dentist's room, my treatment was very affordable and I started cleaning the same day! Really fast, cheap and with quality!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organização e responsabilidade com o cliente. Precisava fazer exames, pois havia passado em um concurso. Fiz os exames laboratoriais e o de ECG na clínica. Porém me fizeram ir três vezes à clínica pra pegar o ECG com laudo, pois sempre que eu ia o exame não estava com a assinatura do médico. Pra consultas eu recomendo, mas o atendimento no geral deixa a desejar e fazer exame então, nem se fale.
Lack of organization and responsibility to the customer. I needed to take exams, as I had passed a contest. I did the laboratory tests and the ECG at the clinic. However, they made me go to the clinic three times to get the ECG with a report, because whenever I went, the exam did not have the doctor's signature. For consultations I recommend, but the service in general leaves something to be desired and take the exam, so don't even mention it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, não respondem, precisa praticamente implorar para marcar uma consulta, e ainda assim nem passam as informações corretas, por exemplo se precisa ou não ir acompanhada para a consulta.
Poor service, they don't respond, they practically need to beg to make an appointment, and even so, they don't even give the correct information, for example, whether or not they need to be accompanied for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daria 5 estrelas, se não fosse o ocorrido de hoje.
Levei meu avô pra fazer eco e colher sangue. As enfermeiras que colhem o sangue conversam demais, em especial a mais velha, a técnica nem tanto.
Resultado: meu avô mais de 12h em jejum, esperando a vários minutos, e foi atendido após eu reclamar. Na hora da coleta a enfermeira ainda tentou me dar uma indireta, não respondi, pois não valia a pena.
I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for what happened today.
I took my grandfather to echo and draw blood. The nurses who collect the blood talk too much, especially the older one, the technician not so much.
Result: my grandfather was fasting for more than 12 hours, waiting for several minutes, and was attended to after I complained. At the time of collection, the nurse even tried to give me a hint, I didn't answer, because it wasn't worth it.

Minha mãe tem 62 anos iniciou um processo para substituir Das próteses em outubro de 2020, foi feito uma avaliação passado o orçamento no qual foi aprovado e pago a vista R$2.446.00 (por inocência da minha mãe acreditando que seria mais rápido seu atendimento). Durante todo este tempo ela vem brigando por telefone se deslocamendo até a clínica para novas provas, moldes etc, chegou ao absurdo de colocarem uma prótese de outro paciente falando que era a dela, isto acorrentou em dores, tramas e muita indignação. Hoje dia 23/08/2021 ela se vendo sem saber oque fazer me procurar para ajudá-la, e novamente estou aqui com ela na clínica onde foi retirado uma novo molde pela 5° vez e estão pedindo mais 15 dias para uma prova, desta vez deram um prazo, antermente eles entravam em contato via telefone.
Não indico para ninguém devido a falta de comprometimento e proficionalismo, pois estamos falando de uma senhora que tem a disposição de fazer suas coisas sozinha que pra ela é muito importante mais é enganada por pessoas sem qualquer impatia.

During all this time, she has been fighting over the phone, traveling to the clinic for new tests, molds, etc., she reached the absurd point of putting another patient's prosthesis saying it was hers, this chained her with pain, plots and a lot of indignation. Today, 23/08/2021 she is seeing herself without knowing what to make me look for to help her, and again I am here with her at the clinic where a new mold was removed for the 5th time and they are asking for another 15 days for a test, this one instead they gave a deadline, before they got in touch via phone.
I don't recommend it to anyone due to lack of commitment and professionalism, as we are talking about a lady who is willing to do her own things for her, which is very important to her, but is deceived by people without any impathy.

a wonder...on the site it always says that the user doesn't exist...now it asks for an app, when you go to install it says it's not available...almost two years paying I got it twice and now that I need an ENT through whatsapp it says no there is this specialty...SINCERELY better to have SUS than this would be!
