★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei pra que agendam horário se o paciente não vai ser atendido no mesmo, é uma bagunça, ta pior que o posto de saúde, vou formalizar uma reclamação! Impossível a pessoa ficar esperando mais de uma hora pra ser atendido com HORÁRIO MARCADO!

Marquei uma consulta pro meu pai com Otorrino nessa Clinica. Antes disso ele estava tentando fazer uma lavagem no ouvido pelo SUS e não conseguiu. A data mais próxima que tinham era para julho. Ajudei ele a procurar outra Clinica, porém os preços estavam bem altos. Foi então que encontramos essa Clinica. Preço bom e atendimento realizado no horário agendado. Tudo ocorreu conforme o esperado. Fizeram lavagem no ouvido dele e ele saiu satisfeito com o resultado. Parabéns!
Great cost and service performed on time.
I made an appointment for my father with an ENT at this Clinic. Before that he was trying to have his ear washed by the SUS and failed. The closest date they had was for July. I helped him to look for another Clinic, but the prices were very high. It was then that we found this Clinic. Good price and service performed at the scheduled time. Everything went as expected. They washed his ear and he left satisfied with the result. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um canal de atendimento tão lento. Vocês precisam colocar um profissional apenas pra fazer os atendimentos via whatsapp já que nos telefones ninguém atende. Fico horas na espera e ninguém atende.
Não resolvem absolutamente nada.
Pessoas em tratamento odontológico sofrem demais e precisam ser atendidas com urgência, o que não funciona com vocês. Péssimo
I've never seen such a slow service channel. You need to put a professional just to make the calls via whatsapp since no one answers the phones. I spend hours on hold and no one answers.
They solve absolutely nothing.
People undergoing dental treatment suffer a lot and need urgent care, which doesn't work for you. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vc agenda a consulta, pois só atende com horário marcado...ok....se vc chegar atrasado não atende....ok....mas vc marca a consulta as 10h e agora são 11:40 diversas crianças aguardando inclusive a minha...um descaso... no sus demora ...tá é de graça, mas aqui é pago....exames são pagos....optei para ter um conforto e continuo com esse desconforto de demora p atendimento aff....
You schedule the appointment, because you only attend with an appointment...ok....if you arrive late, you don't answer....ok....but you book the appointment at 10 am and now it's 11:40, several children waiting including mine... a negligence... no sus delay... it's free, but here it's paid.... exams are paid.... I chose to have a comfort and I continue with this discomfort of delay p service aff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a dias tentando fazer um agendamento e tá impossível conseguir,demoram uma eternidade pra responder e leva dias pra está conseguindo finalizar um agendamento.
Fora a demora no atendimento, dependendo do profissional com quem vc está agendado, vc fica mais de uma hora esperando para ser atendido.
Tá complicado desse jeito,precisam está melhorando isso daí, até mesmo que pagamos pelo serviço não é de graça...
