A recepcionista chegou a falar que nem ia perder tempo de me explicar. Mais tarde uma outra profissional capacitada no assunto me mandou um zap e resolvermos.
Comentei uma pena uma clĂnica tĂŁo linda, limpa e com Ăłtimos dentistas uma recepcionista tĂŁo grossa e despreparada.
Um atendimento de qualidade começa do inĂcio ao fim...
The dentists are excellent professionals. But the reception service sucks. If you ask for invoice of the service then AFFF.
The receptionist even said that she would not waste time explaining to me. Later, another qualified professional sent me a zap and solved it.
I commented a pity a clinic so beautiful, clean and with great dentists a receptionist so thick and unprepared.
Quality service starts from start to finish ...
