★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo, total desrespeito com o cliente, agendamos uma exame chegando lá não podemos realizar, pois precisamos pedir autorização para o convénio, qual é a dificuldade de avisar no ato de realizar o agendamento que precisamos solicitar isso, todas as vezes que chegamos é algo novo e nunca ajudam o cliente a tomar medidas...
poderiam treinar melhor os recepcionista para passar certas informações e gerar menos transtornos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar uma consulta de rotina com o oftalmo na Clínica Anhembi, para avaliar o grau. O médico descobriu que eu tinha chances de desenvolver glaucoma. Fui encaminhada para o especialista Dr Otávio Suenaga, que me atendeu muito bem , seguiu com o tratamento é ainda identificou uma catarata nos dois olhos . Recentemente fiz a cirurgia referente a catarata no olho direito.
So tenho a agradecer a todos profissionais envolvidos pela dedicação e principalmente ao Dr Otávio Suenaga. Que usa a excelência em seu trabalho. Recomendo a todos.Gratidão a todos!!
I went for a routine consultation with the ophthalmologist at Clínica Anhembi, to assess the degree. The doctor found that I had a chance of developing glaucoma. I was referred to the specialist Dr Otávio Suenaga, who treated me very well, continued with the treatment and even identified a cataract in both eyes. I recently had cataract surgery on my right eye.
I just have to thank all the professionals involved for their dedication and especially to Dr Otávio Suenaga. Who uses excellence in their work. I recommend it to everyone. Gratitude to everyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da clinica presencial é muito bom, a atendentes são atenciosas e os medicos também. Fui atendido pela Jéssica, MARAVILHOSA, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas e falava exatamente todo o procedimento que era realizado.
A unica coisa que fica a desejar é na hora de marcar, realmente o atendimento eletrônico esta com problema, as vezes desliga antes de cair no atendimento.
The service of the on-site clinic is very good, the attendants are attentive and the doctors too. I was attended by Jessica, WONDERFUL, she took all my doubts and spoke exactly about the entire procedure that was performed.
The only thing that is left to be desired is when making an appointment, the electronic service really has a problem, sometimes it hangs up before going to the service.

Ótimo atendimento desde o segurança , secretarias, médicos maravilhosos , o dr. Otávio então.. acertou em cheio o problema do meu marido qe a 10 anos tentávamo-nos resolver. Obrigado
People I don't know why so many bad reviews, the clinic is full, if it was bad it wouldn't be full and the service, in my opinion, works the same for everyone very well as well as for my family and friends that I indicated. Great service from the security, secretaries, wonderful doctors, dr. Otávio then.. hit the spot on my husband's problem that we had been trying to solve for 10 years. Thanks

Os médicos são gentis e profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei por horas marcar consulta por telefone mas somente se ouve uma gravação inaltecendo a clínica. Por fim, desisti e pesquisei valor da consulta na renomada clínica Foncatti. Fui atendido imediatamente, agendei e para minha surpresa o valor da consulta praticamente a mesma. Assim sendo o descaso no atendimento telefônico da clínica Anhembi não foi de todo ruim. Façam o mesmo. Boa sorte a todos, vão precisar.
I tried for hours to make an appointment over the phone but you only hear a recording praising the clinic. Finally, I gave up and researched the value of the consultation at the renowned Foncatti clinic. I was attended immediately, I scheduled and to my surprise the value of the consultation was practically the same. Therefore, the negligence in the telephone service of the Anhembi clinic was not all bad. Do the same. Good luck everyone, you'll need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de informar a falta de respeito como é tratado os pacientes, minha esposa gestante ficou por quase 2hrs em pé, sem lugar para sentar e não conseguiu ser atendida. Já passei pela clínica e passei pela mesma situação, 2hrs20 para ser atendido e tive que escutar do médico que é assim mesmo, que tenho que vir com tempo livre para ser atendido, que é normal a demora. Parece que não conhecem lei de atendimento ao consumidor para falar estas coisas. Não recomendo de forma alguma passar nesta clínica, a não ser que você tenha tempo suficiente para esperar por 2 horas.
I would like to report the lack of respect in the way patients are treated, my pregnant wife stood for almost 2 hours without a place to sit and could not be attended to. I've been to the clinic and been through the same situation, 2hrs20 to be seen and I had to hear from the doctor that it's like that, that I have to come with free time to be seen, that the delay is normal. It seems they don't know the consumer service law to say these things. I absolutely do not recommend going to this clinic unless you have enough time to wait for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para marcação de consulta é péssimo ( isso por que não achei nenhum outro conceito pior para o atendimento oferecido) .
O atendimento do whatsapp e disponibilizado, tem gente online , porem so responde horas depois da mensagem enviada e mesmo assim se o paciente não entrar em contato imediato eles finalizam o contato, sem ter a chance de marcar ou agendar o que deseja .
Este atendimento e muito preguiçoso , , não atende em nada , coloque pessoas que realmente queiram trabalhar , que esta a procura de agendamento , geralmente esta doente e nunca é por que desejamos encher o saco , por que ninguem escolhe ficar doente , então coloque pessoas humanas, humilde e com amor no coração para trabalhar . Quem esta doente precisa de atenção e carinho . Eu pago convenio para ter um melhor serviço , do qual e disponibilizado no SUS , se for para ter um pior atendimento procuraria um centro de atendimento publico , ja que em vista de alguns lugares, la esta melhor do que esta clinica em relação ao atendimento destas que se dizem atendente de publico.
Em relação os medico e auxiliares , são excelente , me atenderam super bem , foram receptivos e atenciosos.

In relation to the doctor and assistants, they are excellent, they served me very well, they were receptive and attentive.
