 I have been to consultations at the Clinic a few times and have been operated by Doctors who work there. I recommend all professionals (all). From appointment to RX technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o cliente, por duas vezes levei minha mae neste clinica e vou descobrir que o medico não vai atender. A desculpa é que tentaram me ligar e nao conseguiram.
Lack of respect for the client, I took my mother to this clinic twice and I will discover that the doctor will not attend. The excuse is that they tried to call me and failed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito indignada! O médico pediu uma ressonância na máquina 3 tesla e a atendente pegou a encaminhamento para solicitar o exame no sistema. Disse q estava tudo certo. Perguntei se teria q ir na loja da Unimed autorizar o exame. Ela disse que não. Só consegui marcar o exame para 3 meses depois pq esta máquina só tem uma e a fila é grande. O exame seria amanhã. Hoje a atendente da multscan ligou dizendo q não aparecia a solicitação do exame. Liguei p a clínica e disseram q havia expirado o prazo. Fizeram outra solicitação e disseram p eu ir na loja da Unimed autorizar!!!! Eu estava no trAbalho, não podia sair e o exame seria amanhã às 7h! Liguei p a clínica pedi p falar com gerente, não estava. Alguém q respondesse no lugar do gerente, não tinha!!! Ninguém podia fazer nada!!! Passei 3 meses com dor, esperando o exame e no dia de fazer não posso, por erro da atendente! E agora??? Mais 3 meses esperando pra fazer o exame???? Péssimo!! Indignada!
Very outraged! The doctor ordered a resonance on the 3 tesla machine and the attendant took the referral to request the exam on the system. Said it was all right. I asked if I would have to go to the Unimed store to authorize the exam. She said no. I was only able to schedule the exam for 3 months later because this machine only has one and the queue is long. The exam would be tomorrow. Today the multscan attendant called saying that the exam request did not appear. I called the clinic and they said that the term had expired. They made another request and told me to go to the Unimed store to authorize !!!! I was at work, I couldn't leave and the exam would be tomorrow at 7 am! I called the clinic and asked to speak to a manager, I wasn't there. Someone who answered in the manager's place, there was no !!! Nobody could do anything !!! I spent 3 months in pain, waiting for the exam and on the day of the exam I can't, due to the attendant's mistake! And now??? 3 more months waiting to take the exam ???? Terrible!! Outraged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta às 17:20 ao chegar na clínica fui informada que me ligaram para desmarcar , pedi para averiguar e realmente não me ligaram , eu havia tentado confirmar por telefone , email e whatsapp, e não confirmaram em nenhuma das opções.
A atendente disse que me ligou para a avisar, e na verdade não ligou, disse que o "doutor", foi embora mais cedo e não quis esperar já que a última consulta anterior era as 16:40 mas a paciente adiantou. Ao informar que havia outra cliente as 17:20 ele disse que não iria aguardar.
Parabéns ao "doutor" e a clínica pela falta de profissionalismo, respeito e humanidade com um paciente,
Parabéns pelo site muito moderno porém sem utilidade, já que consta o whatsapp porém não funciona, e a opção de marcar consulta online, porém não tem credibilidade pela própria clínica.
Apesar da péssima experiência tenho certeza que na clínica tenha outros profissionais que respeitam seus pacientes.
I made an appointment at 5:20 pm when I arrived at the clinic, I was informed that they called me to unmark, I asked to find out and they didn't really call me, I had tried to confirm by phone, email and whatsapp, and they didn't confirm any of the options.
The attendant said that she called me to let her know, and she didn't actually call, she said that the "doctor" left earlier and didn't want to wait since the last consultation was at 4:40 pm but the patient came forward. When informing that there was another client at 17:20 he said he would not wait.
Congratulations to the "doctor" and the clinic for their lack of professionalism, respect and humanity with a patient,
Congratulations for the very modern but useless site, as it appears on whatsapp but does not work, and the option to book an appointment online, however it has no credibility by the clinic itself.
Despite the bad experience, I'm sure that the clinic has other professionals who respect their patients.
