Os funcionários da recepção são mal-humorados e mal-educados, a espera é muito longa e eles não cumprem com os horários marcados!
Além disso, disseram que eu já tinha feito um exame que eu não tinha feito, a médica precisou ir embora e eu tive que voltar lá outro dia (só consegui remarcar pra um dia muito distante, mesmo sendo um erro deles). Foram extremamente grosseiros comigo quando tentei resolver (como se a culpa fosse minha).
Para o retorno, me confirmaram 2 vezes por telefone para eu chegar às 15:30, mas ao chegar no horário marcado disseram que eu só seria atendida às 17h, porque era ordem de chegada (o que ninguém me avisou em todas as ligações que fiz!)
Falta empatia, acolhimento e educação com os clientes!

The reception staff are moody and rude, the wait is too long and they do not comply with the scheduled times!
In addition, they said that I had already had an exam that I had not done, the doctor had to leave and I had to go back there the other day (I was only able to reschedule for a very distant day, even though it was their mistake). They were extremely rude to me when I tried to resolve it (as if it were my fault).
For the return, they confirmed me 2 times by phone so I could arrive at 3:30 pm, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, they said that I would only be attended at 5:00 pm, because it was a first-come-first-served basis (which nobody told me in all the calls I made !)
There is a lack of empathy, welcome and education with customers!

Fiz o agendamento pelo zap. Rápido e sem problemas.
Local de fácil acesso.
Estacionamento pago. Prefiro pagar para empresa a ter que pagar ao flanelinha. (Se fosse grátis, daria 5 estrelas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pode uma clinica de exames nos dias de hoje, o cliente não ter acesso ao resultado do exame via internet, que coisa arcaica! Consertem isso! E faça como as outras com login e senha pra ter acesso ao resultado evitando mais custos para o cliente.
How can an exam clinic these days, the client not have access to the exam result via the internet, what an archaic thing! Fix it! And do like the others with login and password to have access to the result avoiding more costs for the customer.
