★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra agendar um horário; perguntaram se era convênio ou particular. Falei que era convênio, aí a atendente fala que "estão sem vagas no momento".
Ligo de novo depois, com outro nome, e respondo que é particular, aí pediram pra eu mandar uma mensagem no WhatsApp que iam achar uma vaga. Maravilha isto, não é mesmo?? Ridículo essa conduta. Parabéns! Nota 0!
I called to schedule a time; they asked if it was a health insurance or private. I said it was an agreement, then the attendant says that "they have no vacancies at the moment".
I'll call back later, under another name, and I say it's private, then they asked me to send a message on WhatsApp that they would find a vacancy. This is wonderful, isn't it? Ridiculous behavior. Congratulations! Grade 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSÍMO, DERESPEITO COM O CLIENTE. Chegamos no local marcado no horario marcado e nem se quer fomos recepcionados. Foi nos entregue uma ficha para preencher do lado de fora da clinica (!!!), onde estava com meu filho, minha esposa com um bebe de 2 meses no colo!!! Sem oferecer uma agua, café, banheiro ou nem uma preocupação com o bebe que precisava ser trocado. Aguardamos 20 minutos (do lado de fora da clinica) e a medica não tinha chego ainda. Fui lá (bati na porta) e perguntei se iria demorar ainda. Ela disse que a medica estava chegando, pois "ela mora pertinho e saiu de casa faz 5 minutos", ou seja, ela saiu atrasada para atender o cliente que nem se quer foi recepcionado! Que pessimo profissional, pessimo atendimento, pessima experiencia! Clientes não podem tolerar serem tratados dessa forma!!!
PESÍMO, DISrespect FOR THE CUSTOMER. We arrived at the appointed place at the appointed time and we were not even welcomed. We were given a form to fill out outside the clinic (!!!), where I was with my son, my wife with a 2 month old baby in her arms!!! Without offering water, coffee, bathroom or even a concern for the baby that needed to be changed. We waited 20 minutes (outside the clinic) and the doctor hadn't arrived yet. I went there (knocked on the door) and asked if it would take yet. She said that the doctor was arriving, because "she lives close by and left the house 5 minutes ago", that is, she left late to attend to the client who was not even welcomed! What a terrible professional, terrible service, terrible experience! Customers cannot tolerate being treated this way!!!
