★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico excelente Dr. Marco Aurélio, atendimento ágil e educado dos funcionários, ambiente muito agradável. Na minha opinião apenas o atendimento via telefone que precisa melhorar, pois às vezes que liguei o telefone toca bastante e ninguém atende e pelo whatsapp demoram para dar retorno também.
 Excellent doctor Dr. Marco Aurélio, polite and polite service of staff, very pleasant environment. In my opinion only the telephone service that needs improvement, because sometimes I called the phone rings a lot and nobody answers and the whatsapp take long to give feedback too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, em uma festa de aniversario meu filho de 07 anos foi agredido com um empurrão por um outro menino ja maior aproximadamente 12 anos.
E ao cair usou suas mãos como apoio e infelismente fraturou os ossos Radio e Ulna bem próximo ao punho... uma lesão grave e de procedimento cirúrgico.
Fui ao hospital casa de saúde e por sinal fui muito bem atendido pelo Residente onde fez o primeiro procedimento de raio x e gesso imobilizando para aliviar a Dor.
Cheguei em casa e pesquisei sobre o assunto e tambem encontrar um especialista para cuidar de meu filho.
Encontrei a clinica Ortoboni até próximo de casa onde liguei e de imediato ja consegui marcar uma consulta com Dr. William Carrezolla Villani. Liguei as 8 da manha e marcou as 9.
Radiografia feita e realmente cirúrgia.
Ja marcou no centro médico no dia seguinte e foi feita a cirúrgia.
No mesmo dia meu filho teve alta bem no começo da tarde.
Fiquei muito satisfeito com toda equipe e nota 1000 a todos e Voce Dr. William me tranquilizou quando no momento de tensão onde me explicou e tirou todas minhas dúvidas.

Well, at a birthday party my 7 year old son was beaten with a shove by another boy, who was about 12 years old.
And when he fell, he used his hands as a support and unfortunately fractured the bones Radio and Ulna very close to the wrist ... a serious injury and surgical procedure.
I went to the hospital, home health and by the way I was very well attended by the resident where he did the first x-ray procedure and immobilizing plaster to relieve pain.
I got home and researched the subject and also found a specialist to take care of my son.
I found the Ortoboni clinic close to the house where I called and immediately managed to make an appointment with Dr. William Carrezolla Villani. I called 8 in the morning and scored 9.
Radiography done and really surgery.
He made an appointment at the medical center the next day and surgery was performed.
On the same day my son was discharged very early in the afternoon.
I was very satisfied with the whole team and a 1000 note to all and You Dr. William reassured me when in the moment of tension where he explained and cleared all my doubts.

Estava com muitas dores na coluna, fiz resônancia de emergência, mesmo com os resultados em mãos numa terça-feira, e o médico na clínica na próxima sexta-feira, tive que quase implorar para poder deixar os exames na clínica para, ao menos o médico ver e me retornar. Mais uma vez em tom de grosseria, ela me informou que o médico não falaria comigo (eu não esperava isso, e também não pedi).
Very inflexible, impatient and uneducated receptionist (Rafaela). I had a lot of back pain, I had an emergency checkup, even with the results in hand on a Tuesday, and the doctor at the clinic next Friday, I had to almost beg to be able to leave the exams at the clinic for, at least the doctor see and return me. Again in a rude tone, she informed me that the doctor would not speak to me (I didn't expect this, and I didn't ask for it either).

My first experience at the clinic was when I broke my foot and was seen by Dr. Eduardo. On that occasion I was already very satisfied with the service. My son needed care because he broke his arm and we were extremely well cared for, welcomed. my three year old son
received all the care he needed in a humanized, dedicated and caring way.

The reception is also great! I have always been very well attended.
