★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não confirmaram a minha consulta para meu agendamento no psiquiatra, liguei insistentemente no dia da consulta antes do meu horário para fazer a confirmação e nao me atenderam, no horario do meu agendamento me ligaram para falar que a minha consulta estava agendada online sendo que aguardei mais de um mês para realizar essa consulta presencial, nao havia nenhum médico para me atender e tive que retornar para casa, recepção e gestão são pessimas nessa clínica, se nao quiser passar nervoso marquem em outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe precisou fazer sessões de psicologia durante um momento muito difícil de sua vida, a perda de uma irmã muito amada e através do convênio Prevent Senior e a Clinica Azzi ela encontrou a Terapeuta Regiani. Tenho certeza que as sessões a ajudaram a superar a dor e a lidar melhor com seus problemas e questões do cotidiano. A cada sessão minha mãe ficava mais feliz e leve com o carinho e apoio da terapeuta. Ficamos muito tristes que o convênio descredenciou a clínica, mas aguardamos uma oportunidade dela poder voltar as sessões que foram e estão sendo de grande ajuda para ela. Minha mãe só tem elogios e muito carinho com a Regiani.
My mother needed to do psychology sessions during a very difficult time in her life, the loss of a much loved sister and through the Prevent Senior agreement and Clinica Azzi she found Therapist Regiani. I'm sure the sessions helped her get through the pain and deal better with her everyday problems and issues. With each session my mother was happier and lighter with the therapist's affection and support. We are very sad that the insurance company discredited the clinic, but we await an opportunity for her to be able to return to the sessions that were and are being of great help to her. My mother only has praise and a lot of affection for Regiani.

Clinica oferece atendimento com vários especialistas e no check-up meu e de minha família, fomos bem atendidos pelos médicos, agendamento em pouco tempo, acesso fácil e com opções de estacionamento pago. Acredito que a clinica Azzi vem aprimorando o atendimento em detrimento aos apontamentos, pois nunca tivemos contratempos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu passo nessa clínica há 1 ano, eu não tenho nada do que reclamar, comecei sendo atendida pelo Dr. Raphael Paiva, excelente profissional, ele não está mais na clínica, então, hoje meu Psiquiatra é o Dr. Eduardo Lopes, profissional melhor ainda, me sinto acolhida, cuidada. A Clínica no geral, para mim é ótima, recepcionistas sempre me atendem muito bem.
I have been at this clinic for 1 year, I have nothing to complain about, I started being attended by Dr. Raphael Paiva, excellent professional, he is no longer at the clinic, so today my Psychiatrist is Dr. Eduardo Lopes, an even better professional, I feel welcomed, cared for. The Clinic in general is great for me, receptionists always serve me very well.

Agende uma consulta nessa clínica, ótimos Médicos, porém, cancelam consulta 30 minutos antes, não dão satisfação, mesmo sendo por culpa deles, oferecem nova data disponível sem prioridade alguma, atendente não te responde, não dá nenhum suporte. Se querem um tratamento "POUCO CASO" estão no lugar certo. Se querem ser bem tratados EVITEM esse lugar ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira consulta marquei online e deu tudo certo, depois a médica nunca mais apareceu pra mim como opção. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp e depois de MUITO insistir consegui marcar a consulta com a mesma profissional. Na terceira consulta marcaram o atendimento pro dia errado (1mes antes do retorno) e nunca mais me responderam. Mandei diversas mensagens alem de ligar mais de 3x.
*nos dois atendimentos a médica atrasou 20min e a consulta durou 10min.
The first appointment I booked online and everything went well, then the doctor never came back to me as an option. I got in touch via whatsapp and after a LOT of insisting I managed to book the appointment with the same professional. On the third appointment, they scheduled the appointment for the wrong day (1 month before returning) and they never answered me again. I sent several messages in addition to calling more than 3x.
*in both appointments, the doctor was 20 minutes late and the consultation lasted 10 minutes.

Escutou minhas dores, compreendeu meu problema e me incentivou para seguir com meu objetivo.
O caminho não é facil, principalmente quando falamos de ansiedade, mas daqui um mês tenho retorno e espero conseguir as metas que junto à doutora determinamos.
I was attended by Dr Flavia, and I liked it a lot.
He listened to my pain, understood my problem and encouraged me to continue with my goal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Única coisa que se salvou desse lixo de clínica foi a médica Dra Luciana uma querida por um povo incompetente com má vontade duas recepcionista com uma má vontade de atende as pessoas uma insatisfação de está trabalhando tá na cara delas olha pra sua cara seu convênio não atende como assim no site consta que atende vc liga ninguém te atende pra tira informações vc chama no watts as preguiçosa não te esclarece nada manda o link marca lá parece que tão te fazendo um favor aí eu vou com duas crianças uma deficiente viajo chego lá seu nome não consta aqui muito menos consulta foi fala na direção recepção do edifício ficaram chocados como eu ai ameacei de chama a polícia falei daqui eu não saio enquanto vcs não atende até testemunha eu arrumei eles fazem isso com muitos pacientes uma bonita lá veio manda pedi desculpa quero vê quem vai fazer eu estando no meu direito se os incompetente e quem eles coloca como funcionário muda a estratégia que não tá dando certo que adianta lugar bonito chique trata os pacientes pior que cachorro sem empatia pelo próximo uma bagunça má Administração organização desse lugar não recomendo pra ninguém.
