Na parte médica, cheguei as 7 :00 da manhã pra uma ultrassom, 2 horas depois E nada. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre os médicos não posso opinar porque não conseguir ser atendida, mesmo marcando com 8 dias de antecedência. Cheguei 7:00h da manhã(detalhe, moro em outra cidade), sou prioridade (gestante) além da demora pra fazer a ficha, quando consegui, fui informada que só seria atentida de 15:30h em diante. As recepcionistas, em especial a que me atendeu é péssima. Não recomendo.
I can't give an opinion about doctors because I can't be seen, even if I book 8 days in advance. I arrived at 7:00 in the morning (detail, I live in another city), I am a priority (pregnant woman) in addition to the delay in making the form, when I did it, I was informed that it would only be attended from 15:30 onwards. The receptionists, especially the one who attended to me, sucks. I do not recommend.

There is no responsibility with the patients... they ask to schedule it, but on the day of the exam, they are not sure about the service.

Cheguei às 6:50 da manhã para fazer uma ultrassom sair 14:35 minutos. O médico não falou nada comigo somente digitando não me explicou nada sobre meu bebê, estou com 17 semanas de gestação .
O mal desses médicos é não ter diálogo com os pacientes, se eu fui fazer a ultra som quero ver meu bebê completo não só o polo cefálico e fêmur quero ver ele completo quero que o médico olhe nos meus olhos e fala está tudo bem com sua criança não se preocupe.
Sera q é pedir muito

I arrived at 6:50 in the morning to have an ultrasound leave at 14:35 minutes. The doctor didn't say anything to me, just typing didn't explain anything to me about my baby, I'm 17 weeks pregnant.
The bad thing about these doctors is not having a dialogue with the patients, if I went to do the ultrasound I want to see my complete baby not only the cephalic pole and femur I want to see him complete I want the doctor to look me in the eye and say everything is fine with yours child don't worry.

Porém vi que todos estavam se esforçando demais no protocolo de segurança. Fiz uma consulta da obesidade com o Dr. Vinicius Pina, e hoje 8 semanas depois, ja perdi 10kg. Estou muito feliz com o resultado. Também faço questão de agradecer as recepcionistas pelo bom atendimento. Indico e volto sempre que for preciso na Clinica Bastos.
I confess that I was positively surprised with the service provided by this clinic. At first, because it was the busiest in town, I was worried. But I saw that everyone was pushing too hard on security protocol. I had an obesity consultation with Dr. Vinicius Pina, and today 8 weeks later, I have already lost 10kg. I am very happy with the result. I also make a point of thanking the receptionists for the good service. I recommend and return whenever necessary at Clinica Bastos.
