Fui deixada no vácuo por todo este tempo, a clínica nunca entrou em contato comigo para nada, nunca! Todos os Contatos foram feitos por mim. Eu poderia redigir um texto enorme aqui narrando o acontecido mas vou me resumir a isso: 6 meses de espera. E sigo esperando pois pedi a devolução do dinheiro hoje, ainda não obtive retorno. Tomara que não demore outros 6 meses para a devolução. Como consumidora, nunca me senti tão desrespeitada.
It doesn't have the 0 star option, so it gives it 1. I bought a self-makeup course in October 2021, I paid in cash, and today, 6 months after the purchase, I still haven't taken the course. I was left in a vacuum this whole time, the clinic never contacted me for anything, ever! All Contacts were made by me. I could write a huge text here narrating what happened but I'll boil it down to this: 6 months of waiting. And I'm still waiting because I asked for a refund today, I still haven't received a return. I hope it doesn't take another 6 months for the return. As a consumer, I have never felt so disrespected.
