★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento precário na marcação de exames. Telefonistas despreparadas: me pediram que enviasse os docs do plano e requisição por e-mail para agendar uma USG. Esperei quase 1 mês o retorno da clínica para saber do agendamento, dentre outras diversas ligações que fiz e era informada que meu plano ainda não tinha autorizado o exame. Achei estranho e resolvi ligar eu mesma para o meu plano e fui informada que sequer havia um pedido de USG feito pela clínica. Novamente ligo para a clínica para entender o que tinha acontecido e o porquê das atendentes me falarem que o atraso era do meu plano. Enfim, eles marcaram meu exame. No mesmo dia meu plano liberou. Infelizmente era a única clínica na cidade que atendia meu plano, do contrário, teria feito em outra clínica. Fora esse descaso e a longa espera no dia do exame, fui muito bem atendida pelo profissional que realizou a ultra-sonografia.
Precarious service in scheduling exams. Unprepared telephone operators: I was asked to send the plan and requisition documents by email to schedule a USG. I waited almost 1 month for the clinic to return to find out about the schedule, among other several calls I made and was informed that my plan had not yet authorized the exam. I thought it was strange and decided to call my plan myself and was informed that there was not even a request for USG made by the clinic. Again I call the clinic to understand what had happened and why the attendants told me that the delay was in my plan. Anyway, they scheduled my exam. The same day my plan was released. Unfortunately it was the only clinic in town that met my plan, otherwise I would have done it in another clinic. Apart from this neglect and the long wait on the day of the exam, I was very well attended by the professional who performed the ultrasound.

Fica como sugestão de qualidade contratar um estagiário (que não gasta tanto assim) pra ficar na triagem, entrega de resultados e telefonemas. Deixar um guichê apenas para atendimento por convênio e outro apenas para particular (isso ajudará bastante no fluxo). O ambiente é muito confortável.
Very fast service. Knowledgeable receptionists. It is a quality suggestion to hire an intern (who doesn't spend that much) to stay in the screening, delivery of results and phone calls. Leave a window only for service by agreement and another only for private (this will help a lot in the flow). The environment is very comfortable.
