I just have to thank you ..dr Roni is a wonderful doctor, besides doing a very well done plastic surgery, he gives all the support in the post-operative ... he realized my dream I am super happy with my result.

Fui atendida pelo Dr Bregion...passei pelo financeiro para acertar valores e datas alternativas para consulta com Sr Pérsio..o mesmo me informou que não precisaria ir até o consultório para levar os resultados dos exames....mas quando tentei entrar em contato..ele simplesmente me ignorou..liguei para a clínica e me passaram outro contato...da Renata....e nada... até hj me faz de palhaça..dizendo que irá ver uma data...desde lo mês passado...eu não sei dizer se é por incompetência ou ela dá preferência a cirurgia s mais caras !!
Enfim paguei 150 reais pela consulta..mais meu tempo...para simplesmente NADA!!
Nunca fui tratada dessa forma em nenhuma clínica..
Espero pelo menos um ressarcimento pelo valor desembolsado!!!
I paid for the consultation! I was attended by Dr Bregion ... I went through the finance office to set alternative values and dates for consultation with Mr Pérsio..the same informed me that I would not need to go to the office to take the test results .... but when I tried to get contact..he just ignored me..I called the clinic and they gave me another contact ... from Renata .... and nothing ... even today makes me look like a clown ... saying he will see a date ... since it last month ... I can't say if it's due to incompetence or she prefers the most expensive surgery !!
Anyway I paid 150 reais for the consultation ... plus my time ... for simply NOTHING !!
I've never been treated that way in any clinic.
I expect at least a refund for the amount disbursed !!!
