★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu liguei duas vezes para ser informada sobre o horário de funcionamento, nas duas vezes me disseram que iniciava de 8h da manhã. Chego no local e descubro que só abre de 9h em diante. E que o atendimento médico só começa de 9h30. Também foi totalmente ignorada a ordem de chegada, sem organização e respeito pelo horário de ninguém. Em geral, péssima a experiência.
I called twice to be informed about opening hours, both times I was told it started at 8:00 am. I arrive at the place and find that it only opens from 9am onwards. And that medical care only starts at 9:30 am. The order of arrival was also totally ignored, with no organization and respect for anyone's schedule. In general, the experience sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente o atendimento dessas clínica é horrível, até pra atender um telefone os meninos demora um ano, me diz uma coisa isso é uma clínica ou é um parque de diversões. E outra fiz meu exame certo do Detran pela segunda vez e disse que eu pedir. Isso está aparecendo roubo, em plana a pandemia vou ter que pagar mas 170 fora o rê laudo. Só querendo ganhar dinheiro nas custas de um pobre. Esse dono da clínica tem que ver isso urgente se não vai a falência.
Honestly the service of these clinics is horrible, even to answer a phone the boys take a year, tell me this is a clinic or is an amusement park. And another one I did my right examination of Detran the second time and said that I ask. This is showing up theft, I am going to have to pay for the pandemic, but other than the report. Just wanting to make money at the expense of a poor person. This clinic owner has to see this urgently if bankruptcy is not going to happen.

Tive extrema dificuldade em agendamento do exame psicoteste e médico, pois o telefone da clínica, simplesmente, não atende!!! Depois de inúmeras tentativas, finalmente consegui agendar com a antipática e mal humorada atendente, com pouquíssimas opções de horário para a realização do mesmo. Fato que causou transtorno, uma vez que não há livre escolha da clínica e isso é decidido exclusivamente pelo Detran. Ou, seja, nada que possamos fazer... o exame foi realizado no dia 6/10 e ao resultado estava programado para o dia 13/10. Até hoje, o resultado não foi disponibilizado pela clínica e, mais uma vez não consigo fazer contato com a mesma!! Ontem liguei 21 vezes em diversos horários e nenhum sucesso no contato. Hoje liguei mais 11 vezes, sem conseguir nenhum contato! O Detran precisa descredenciar clínicas como esta que prestam um serviço tão ruim!!!
I would like to register my indignation with the Cempt Clinic. I had extreme difficulty in scheduling the psychotest and medical exam, as the clinic phone simply does not answer !!! After countless attempts, I finally managed to schedule it with the unfriendly and feisty attendant, with very few options for the time to do it. Fact that caused disorder, since there is no free choice of the clinic and this is decided exclusively by Detran. In other words, nothing we can do ... the exam was performed on 6/10 and the result was scheduled for 10/13. To date, the result has not been made available by the clinic and, once again, I cannot make contact with it !! Yesterday I called 21 times at different times and no success in contact. Today I called 11 more times, without getting any contact! Detran needs to discredit clinics like this one that provide such a bad service !!!
