Recepção horrível esses atendentes são incompetentes informei que teria retorno de 15 dias retornei após 15 dias na sexta feira eles não informaram que a médica atendia apenas na quinta feira alegando que si eu fosse passar novamente teria que pagar uma nova consulta por que a médica só atende de segunda a quinta não avisam sobre retorno nada imagino quantas pessoas eles não devem fazer, e não tem nenhum responsável pelo local horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive sorte com o atendimento, no caso da recepção. 3 vezes fizeram marcação errada apenas 1 vez consegui ser atendida, era pra mim fazer um procedimento, mas infelizmente a falta de atenção dos funcionários é grande. Gostei muito da médica mas não volto mais lá pois estavam praticamente impedindo meu atendimento.

O tratamento me saiu muito barato em vista do tanto que já tinha investido com "cremes" que as pessoas falavam para eu passar, mas nada resolvia, vale muito apena conhecer a clinica, a médica que me atendeu é muito educada e atenciosa, o lugar é muito organizado e limpo. Estou extremamente satisfeita e resolvi o problema que me entristecia desde os meus 12 anos em pouco tempo. Recomento e continuo me tratando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem mais de 4 anos que eu vou nessa clínica me consultar com o endócrino Dr Quina, todos os anos eu faço meus exames anuais, moro em São Paulo mas tenho casa em Jacareí, eu já havia passado por diversos endócrinos em São Paulo mas nenhum deles me pediam exames específicos eram sempre os mesmos exames de tireóide, etc. Já na primeira consulta que passei com o endócrino Dr Quina além de me pedir os exames normais tbm pediu exames diferentes, resumindo: através desses novos exames conseguimos descobrir o que estava acontecendo comigo, comecei o tratamento que deu super certo, tem mais de 5 anos que passo pela clínica e não tenho do que reclamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando uma estrela porque não dá pra dar zero. Cheguei cedo para a consulta, fiquei meia hora em pé plantada esperando a clínica abrir e não abriu. Fui embora revoltada. Tinha uma médica sentada mechendo no celular seia esperando o que. Não olhou na cara de ninguém nem deu satisfação. Desrespeito e falta de consideração total. Vou reportar ao convênio o tipo de clínica credenciada que não respeita o paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de parabenizar a Dra. Larissa pelo atendimento, desde a primeira consulta me atendeu super bem. Me pediu vários exames para saber o que estava acontecendo e assim tratar a causa. Tinha passado por outros profissionais, que só "empurravam" remédios, não pedia nenhum exame pra saber o porquê do que estava acontecendo.
Ela foi super atenciosa, ao me ou caso, me explicou várias coisas, me atendeu super bem, ótima profissional!
