★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Óbvio que eu nunca mais vou nessa clinica. Mas fiquei tão chocada com a Ana, que não pude deixar de expor a minha insatisfação. Desde do dia do meu exame, notei que ela é ríspida, grossa, sem paciência, fala e usa qualquer palavra e tom agressivo com todos os clientes. Mas ate ai, eu precisava do exame, fiz e aguentei. Para retirar o resultado, na ligação me pede 30 minutos, depois pede mais 10. Disse que nao pode ficar pendurada no telefone porque tem pacientes para atenter presencialmente. Eu só queria na primeira vez saber se meu exame estava pronto....
Nao tenho bola de cristal, preciso ligar para saber. Ela responde em um tom que parece ate que ofendemos ela na ligação. A segunda vez que liguei queria 2via...outra grosseria, mesmo 30 minutos, mesmo nao, mesma dificuldade, mesmo tom agressivo.
Me pergunto, pq raios atendeu o telefone. É uma pessoa que ja atende, dizendo nao...nem escuta o que as pessoas tem a dizer, sabe aquelas que preferem dificultar...a Ana está acabando com a credibilidade da clinica, esta muito ruim com ela de frente, atendimento nota zero. Despreparada, pelo amor de Deus ela necessita urgente de treinamento, de tato, de educacao. Aprender o que nao fazer seria já um comeco. Ela me disse que é a dona. Quando eu pedi para falar com responsavel para reclamar dela mesma. Inacreditavel que a dona seja essa ogra
