★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos às 14hrs no local e só fomos atendidos às 16:40. O atendimento médico foi excelente (fui a dermatologista), mas a demora pelo atendimento é muito cansativa. A demora também acontece com outras epecialidades.
We arrived at 14hrs on the spot and were only served at 16:40. The medical care was excellent (I went to a dermatologist), but the delay in attending is very tiring. The delay also happens with other specialties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço não é dos mais baratos. E o valor reflete na qualidade do atendimento que é bem medíocre e os recepcionistas são muito prolixos, enrolados e se confundem nas informações. Recebi um orçamento para exames e quando cheguei lá tive de pagar muito mais pois o orçamento estava faltando vários exames.
The service is not the cheapest. And the value reflects on the quality of service which is very mediocre and the receptionists are very wordy, tangled up and get confused in the information. I received a budget for exams and when I got there I had to pay a lot more because the budget was missing several exams.
