Responsavel da clinica entrou em contato e esclarecemos toda a questao. Me relatou que o acontecido foge ao paramento de servico o qual a clinica presta.
O fato e o cuidado de ter me dado este retorno, me proporcionou uma visao diferenciada e mostrou o cuidado na qualidade de atender bem o paciente.
Agradeco MUITO o retorno e a capacidade profissional de buscar por melhorias. Isso, sim, faz toda diferenca.
RELATO ORIGINAL ABAIXO:
Estive na clinica a primeira vez devido a uma dor de dente. A Dentista tirou raio-x porem nao soube me informar nada sobre o que estava acontecendo... Citou que "poderia" ser varias coisas (isto ate eu ja sabia antes de ir a um Dentista). Consultou uma amiga atraves do zap mostrando foto do Raio-x pra ver o que a amiga diagnosticava que poderia ser... (An?!!!!!) Resumindo.... No final disse que teria que abrir meu dente pra ver o que era... Eu (OBVIO) nao aceitei! Dai fui fazer limpeza dental. O tratamento (se assim posso chamar) bem superficial, aquele tipico: "Pronto, acabou!" Eu: "Caramba!!!" Me passou um analgesico para a dor de dente e pronto...
Meses depois retornei a clinica devido a uma exigencia do plano que pra ir para uma outra especialidade, teria que passar por um exame/tratamento de rotina o qual esta Clinica faz. Chegando la, a Dentista examinou os dentes e fomos fazer a tal da "limpeza". O procedimento nao durou mais que 2 minutos... a remocao de placas/tartaro foi uma coisa que eu sentia ela passar o aparelho super rapido (pra dizer que ta passando, sabe?) e nao abrangendo toda a parte que deveria (aquele esquema The Flash, Vap-Vupt). Eu fiquei IMPRESSIONADO. Se eu tivesse cronometrado do inicio ao fim, talvez nem chegasse a estes 2 minutos... Mas digamos que foram 2...
Nunca (N-U-N-C-A!!!) mais retorno! O facebook da Clinica é lindo. Cheio de avaliacoes otimas...
UPDATE:
The person in charge of the clinic got in touch and we clarified the whole question. He told me that what happened is beyond the service provided by the clinic.
The fact and the care of having given me this feedback, gave me a different view and showed the care in the quality of attending the patient well.
I am very grateful for the feedback and the professional ability to seek improvements. That does make a difference.
ORIGINAL REPORT BELOW:
I was at the clinic the first time due to a toothache. The Dentist took an x-ray, but she didn't know how to tell me anything about what was happening ... She said that "it could" be several things (this I even knew before I went to a Dentist). He consulted a friend through the zap showing an X-ray photo to see what the friend diagnosed it might be ... (An? !!!!!) In short ... In the end he said he would have to open my tooth to see what was ... I (OBVIO) did not accept! Then I went to do dental cleaning. The treatment (if I can call it that) is very superficial, the typical one: "There, it's over!" Me: "Wow !!!" Gave me an analgesic for toothache and that's it ...
Months later I returned to the clinic due to a requirement in the plan that to go to another specialty, I would have to undergo a routine examination / treatment which this clinic does. Once there, the Dentist examined the teeth and we went to do the "cleaning". The procedure did not last more than 2 minutes ... the removal of plaques / tartar was something I felt she passed the device super fast (to say that it is passing, you know?) And not covering all the part she should (that scheme The Flash, Vap-Vupt). I was impressed. If I had timed from start to finish, I might not have reached these 2 minutes ... But let's say it was 2 ...
Never (N-U-N-C-A !!!) more return! The clinic's facebook is beautiful. Full of great reviews ...

Me senti muito a vontade com os profissionais que me facilitaram na flexibilidade no horário de atendimento e também na forma de pagamento. Indicando para todos os meus amigos, conhecidos e familiares.
Clinic very good, well located. Free Parking. Dentists are very good, caring and concerned. I felt very comfortable with the professionals who facilitated me in the flexibility in working hours and also in the form of payment. Indicating for all my friends, acquaintances and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, nunca mais retorno e nem índico. Marquei para o primeiro horário, às 09:00 e só fui atendido às 09:40. O procedimento que geralmente duras de 20 a 30 minutos não levou 10 minutos, se tivesse lido os comentários desta página antes de ir tinha feito particular em outro local. Não pague pra ver.
Bad experience, never return nor Indian Ocean. I made an appointment for the first time, at 09:00 and I was only attended to at 09:40. The procedure that usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes did not take 10 minutes, if I had read the comments on this page before going I would have done it privately elsewhere. Don't pay to see.

fui descriminada eu, meu marido e meu filho. Cheguei na clinica poderia entra duas pessoas como no aviso na porta, mesmo assim nem eu, filho e marido não entraram ,em seguida uma mulher branca chegou depois de nós e entrou na nossa frente e ficou sentada dentro da clinica enquanto eu e minha família do lado de fora em pé , fui embora sem atendimento, pois foi a maneira de indignar-me, o rapaz da clinica me mandou mensagem e mandou eu procurar minha providencia, se contradizendo que a demora foi por causa da autorização do convênio! mas, antes ele tinha dito que o atendimento não precisava ser por ordem de marcação ( eu , esposo ou filho) ! também não fomos informados que teria um atendimento entre , ou, antes do nosso!! Complicado nosso sistema comercial todos pagamos pelo serviço, na hora de usar essa contramão!!

I was discriminated against, my husband and my son. I arrived at the clinic I could enter two people as in the notice on the door, even then neither I, son and husband did not enter, then a white woman arrived after us and came in front of us and sat inside the clinic while me and my family did. outside standing, I left without care, as it was a way of getting angry, the guy from the clinic sent me a message and told me to look for my care, contradicting himself that the delay was because of the agreement's authorization! but, before he had said that the attendance did not have to be by order of appointment (me, husband or son)! we were also not informed that there would be a service between, or, before ours !! Complicated our commercial system we all pay for the service, at the time of using this opposite !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para fazer um procedimento e o dentista atrasou e ainda alegou que não iria fazer pq demoraria 3h, que eu teria que pagar particular para ele fazer. Tive que esperar 1 semana para fazer o procedimento em outra clínica, mesmo sentindo dor, onde a mesma realizou em 1 hora. Dando 2 estrelas para a profissional da recepção ?
I went to have a procedure and the dentist was late and even claimed that he wouldn't do it because it would take 3 hours, that I would have to pay privately for him to do it. I had to wait 1 week to do the procedure in another clinic, even though I was in pain, where it was performed in 1 hour. Giving 2 stars to the receptionist ?
