★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento e respeito ao paciente, ainda mais quando pagamos tão caro por um procedimento, como no caso do meu marido que fez uma cirurgia no particular, não fomos mal tratados, mas faltou mais esclarecimentos e instruções após a cirurgia, fiquei tirando dúvidas com terceiros que já passaram pelo mesmo procedimento, algo que teria de ser passado pelos profissionais engajados no momento.
 Need to improve a lot in care and respect for the patient, especially when we pay so expensive for a procedure, as in the case of my husband who had a surgery in particular, we were not treated badly, but lacked more clarification and instructions after surgery, I was taking doubts with third parties who have been through the same procedure, which would have to be passed by at the time engaged professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica é boa. O periodo de reforma ficou um pouco complicado o acesso. O estacionamento precisa melhorar. A clínica tem o espaço um pouco pequeno. O atemdimento é normal. Poderia ter mais simpatia pelos atendentes. As fisioterapeuta são muitos eficientes em particular Adriana azevedo, muito cuidadosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Comeram o dinheiro e não fizeram o atendimento da minha filha! Eles diziam atender crianças de 2 anos mas na hora do atendimento a médica oftalmologista disse q não fazia o exame por que não tinha o equipamento. E nem atendia a especialidade dela! E foi exatamente impaciente. Muito ruim não indico a ninguém! Só joguei meu dinheiro fora!

Em pleno 03/01/2022 ,clínica com recepção com 2 atendentes , cadeiras vazias com apenas três pacientes a espera de atendimento, por incômodos nos olhos fui procurar se tinha oftalmologista na CLIMA que pudesse me atender,mais a recepcionista diapensou, não atendia extra, só emergência. No caso eu teria que ter sofrido algum acidente ocular ? Perdeu a paciente,mais ganhou a classificação. Não índico a clínica.
