★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é seria e com profissionais capacitados e muito atenciosos, porém hoje fui surpreendido com a cobrança indevida de uma taxa de 10% sobre os serviços, realizei a advertência da cobrança e foi respondido que é uma iniciativa da direção. Acabei pagando, no entanto espero que não aconteça mais.
The clinic is and would be trained and caring professionals, but today I was surprised by the improper charging of a 10% tax on the services, realized the warning of the payment and was answered that it is an initiative of direction. I ended up paying, but I hope it doesn't happen anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu faço plano do aparelho odontológico, e sempre quando vou fazer a manutenção eu passo no mínimo 3 horas esperando para ser atendido. Se a gente não for atrás a gente acaba ficando por último. Sem falar que já tive casos onde pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidas na minha frente. Tô escrevendo esse comentário na própria clínica onde cheguei 8 horas e estou aqui até 12 horas. Mas, além dessa demora os profissionais são bem qualificados.
I make a dental device plan, and whenever I go for maintenance I spend at least 3 hours waiting to be seen. If we don't go after us, we end up being last. Not to mention that I've had cases where people who arrived after me were served in front of me. I'm writing this comment at the clinic where I arrived 8 hours and I'm here until 12 hours. But, in addition to this delay, the professionals are well qualified.
