★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu Creuza Rodrigues Maciel, 62 anos venho por meio desta fazer minha avaliação das atendentes da Clinica CMAz Medical Center. Estive hoje lá com consulta marcada para Endocrinologista às 14:00hs, cheguei as 13:30hs fiz minha ficha e fiquei no aguardo. Na minha frente tinha mais ou menos umas cinco pessoas, é claro que a gente observa quem já está no local para observar as chamadas. A Drª chegou no horário, começou a atender só que a Drª recebe as fichas das mãos das atendentes e vai chamando cada paciente e eu e as demais pessoas sentadas observando até que cinco, seis, sete foram embora, foi chegando gente e indo embora e eu lá. Até que eu questionei quando eu vi o absurdo da Srª Katia que também trabalha lá ligar para uma paciente dizendo que ela era a próxima. Essa senhora chegou em segundos na clinica e eu que estava lá há horas questionei se não era por ordem de chegada e se viraram as três que estavam no balcão contra mim. Espero que elas sim sejam avaliadas que saibam tratar melhor as pessoas, não importa a idade. Que elas possam ter e saber o que é ética e respeito ao próximo. Ali não é um lugar de emergência aonde a gente vê as pessoas passando mal porque se fosse o caso eu mesmo cederia o meu horário. O que foi visto ali claramente foi parentesco a frente de tudo e amizade delas. Sai de lá chateada não me sentindo bem, não quis mais ser atendinda porque eu realmente não fiquei bem com tanto pouco caso da parte delas. Obs: Tem mais gente reclamando, eu vi isso lá.

The Doctor arrived on time, started to answer only that the Doctor receives the files from the attendants' hands and goes calling each patient and I and the other people seated watching until five, six, seven left, people arrived and left and me there. Until I questioned when I saw the absurdity of Mrs. Katia who also works there calling a patient saying she was next. This lady arrived at the clinic in seconds and I, who had been there for hours, asked if it wasn't on a first-come, first-served basis and if the three who were at the counter turned against me. I hope that they are evaluated that they know how to treat people better, no matter the age. That they can have and know what is ethics and respect for others. There is not an emergency place where we see people feeling sick because if it were the case I would give up my schedule myself. What was seen there clearly was kinship in front of everything and their friendship. I left there upset not feeling well, I didn't want to be seen anymore because I really didn't feel well with so little case on their part. Note: There are more people complaining, I saw it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ginecologista Dra Danielle Cervinho é excelente, excelente médica e excelente pessoa,vale a pena fazer o pré natal com ela, não só o pré natal mas consulta, acompanhamento.Logo na primeira consulta você perceberá a diferença dela de outros ginecologistas,ela escuta suas dúvidas calmamente e te explica de forma clara e objetiva, até porque muitos médicos esquecem que quando a mulher está grávida,ela fica feliz e apreensiva ao mesmo tempo e precisa de um médico que a ajudará a caminhar nesse momento tão importante da sua vida,e principalmente sem aquele mal humor e pressa que infelizmente vemos e vivenciamos em vários consultórios.Antigamente conhecíamos bons profissionais pela antiga divulgação "boca a boca",agora com Google você pode ter acesso com mais facilidade sobre bons profissionais de qualquer área. Não me consultei com outro médico que trabalha nesse local, porém se trabalharem com mesma atenção, responsabilidade e cuidado que a Dra Danielle trabalha, com certeza você e sua família estarão em boas mãos,assim como eu estive ,e continuo não só cuidando de mim,mas cuidando de minhas filhas com ela,por que quando vemos qualidade e bom atendimento,queremos que toda nossa família seja bem cuidada como fomos.Recomendo.

Once upon a time we knew good professionals through the old "word of mouth" disclosure, now with Google you can have easier access to good professionals in any area. I did not consult with another doctor who works there, but if they work with the same attention, responsibility and care that Dr. Danielle works with, you and your family will certainly be in good hands, just as I was, and I continue not only taking care of myself , but taking care of my daughters with her, because when we see quality and good service, we want our whole family to be well taken care of as we were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui no Cardiologista, o médico se quer me ouviu (pois tenho um histórico de um problema cardiaco) e se quer consegui falar o que estava acontecendo, interrompendo e passando exame se nem ouvir direito, não consegui falar dos sintomas que eu estou sentindo. Parece que estava com pressa. Péssimo
Bad service, I went to the Cardiologist, the doctor wants to hear me (because I have a history of a heart problem) and if I want to be able to talk about what was happening, interrupting and passing the exam if I can't even hear it properly, I couldn't talk about the symptoms I'm experiencing feeling. It looks like I was in a hurry. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico ! paguei uma consulta com Dr. Wolgrand Mesquita e não gostei da consulta. Médico muito seco, não interage com o paciente. A consulta foi particular e não tem retorno, ou seja, que quiser levar o resultado dos exames .. tem que pagar outra consulta. Local apertado para acomodar as pessoas , alguns esperaram do lado de fora da clinica.

Old equipment the images are without quality my doctor had to make a new request for me to redo the same exam in another place!
