★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total, marquei um exame e no dia e hora agendados a atendente falou que não tinha nada marcado e que a clinica não realizava o procedimento. Atendimento mal feito e sem justificativas para o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são insolentes, não podemos questionar que eles ironicamente sempre falam que "A Senhora não entendeu". Ligam em cima da hora pedindo que o paciente chegue mais cedo do que o horário marcado, mas se perguntamos o que seria esse mais cedo, o atendente fala ironicamente "A Senhora não está entendendo chegue mais cedo". Não adiante questionar ou pedir maiores explicações aos atendentes é como se eles tratassem o cliente como débil, porque eles (os atendentes) sempre falam "A Senhora não está entendendo". É irritante!!!
Além disso, uma consulta que custa R$ 350,00 em dinheiro se for passar no cartão de débito (estou dizendo débito), a clínica acresce mais R$ 50,00, conduta esta ilegal diante do Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Além de tudo, é como se o paciente fosse nada, porque eles tratam com o maior desdém. Quanto ao valor, quando questionei o porquê do aumento no cartão de débito, a atendente me respondeu se a Senhora quiser pode não marcar. A ideia que essa clínica me passou foi que o cliente é simplesmente mais um, e se não quiser vir, dane-se. Me senti péssima e vou procurar macular a imagem de uma clínica que parece tratar com bicho e não com pessoas. E olhe que, na minha ótica, bicho também merece ser bem tratado. Odiei e digo a qualquer um não compareça.

After all, it is as if the patient were anything because they treat with the utmost contempt. As for the value, when I asked why the increase in the debit card, the clerk answered me if you want you can not dial. The idea that this clinic gave me was that the client is simply one more, and if you don't want to come, screw it. I felt terrible and I'm going to try to tarnish the image of a clinic that seems to treat animals and not people. And look, in my view, animal deserves to be treated well. I hated and tell anyone not attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fiquei 20 minutos esperando do lado de fora porque a clinica não abriu no horário certo. A médica mal olhou na minha cara, não me perguntou nada, não perguntou do histórico familiar, nada, nada. Ainda por cima a médica usando máscara de pano com o nariz de fora. Mal informada sobre a questão de laqueadura, enfim. Busquei informação e acompanhamento e foi uma perda de tempo total.
Bad experience. I was waiting for 20 minutes outside because the clinic did not open on time. The doctor barely looked me in the face, didn't ask me anything, didn't ask about my family history, nothing, nothing. On top of that, the doctor wearing a cloth mask with her nose sticking out. Ill-informed about the tubal ligation issue, anyway. I looked for information and follow-up and it was a total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais volto nesse lugar!! O atendimento da médica é horrível, pessoa muito ignorante, trata os pacientes como se fossem um nada! Lugar sujo, parece uma casa abandonada! Não recomendo! Não escolham esse lugar para cuidar da saúde de vcs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confesso que vim nesse clínica com bastante receio por conta das avaliações negativas, quase não vinha na verdade! Mas decidi tentar porque era a que tinha a vaga mais próx e fazia todos os exames que eu precisei. Me surpreendi porque foi totalmente contrária às avaliações. O recepcionista super atencioso, ligou antes pra confirmar tudo direitinho, cheguei 8h25 e a clínica abria de 8h, achei que já estaria cheia mas só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente. Fui atendida umas 10h, que em comparação a muitas clínicas é bem rápido rsrsrs a médica muito profissional, não perguntou muito sobre mim mas ela não era a minha médica, como estava só pra fazer o exame foi bem cordial ao que era necessário, mas me tranquilizou dizendo que estava tudo certo nos exames. Resultado saiu na hora, em 5 min! Gostei muito do atendimento. Nem costumo dar avaliações mas nesse caso achei importante porque com as avaliações que tem aqui eu vim morrendo de medo e me surpreendi!

But I decided to give it a try because it was the one that had the closest vacancy and took all the exams I needed. I was surprised because it was completely contrary to the reviews. The receptionist was super attentive, called before to confirm everything, I arrived at 8:25 am and the clinic opened at 8 am, I thought it would be full but there were only 2 people in front of me. I was seen at about 10 am, which compared to many clinics is very fast lol the very professional doctor, didn't ask much about me but she was not my doctor, as she was just doing the exam she was very cordial to what was necessary, but I reassured me that everything was ok in the exams. Result came out on time, in 5 min! I really enjoyed the service. I don't usually give reviews but in this case I thought it was important because with the reviews here I was scared to death and I was surprised!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os princípios fundamentais do código de ética médica, afirma que a medicina não pode ser exercida como comércio e ao meu ver é exatamente o que acontece nessa clínica.
Marquei um exame específico e ao chegar na clínica o recepcionista disse que por ser a primeira vez eu faria uma consulta e a médica realizaria vários outros exames que ela desejasse. Porém não havia essa necessidade, pois eu já tenho minha médica, já fiz consulta e inclusive já havia realizado todos os exames que ele sugeriu, e tinha uma solicitação para fazer o exame que eu havia marcado e era apenas o que eu precisava. Ainda assim, percebi que na guia de liberação do convênio ele tinha feito 3 solicitações, adicionando um exame que eu nem conhecia e a consulta.
Ao entrar no consultório a médica nem me olhou, não respondeu meu bom dia, mandou eu ir para o local do exame que notei que não havia sido preparado e estava com os papéis usados pelo último paciente e eu mesma que troquei, bruscamente realizou o exame sem falar nada e em menos de dois minutos disse que eu já podia ir. Então pra quê liberar uma guia de consulta se a consulta não foi realizada? Pra quê incluir um outro exame que eu não solicitei se não foi feito? Percebi que com os outros pacientes ele fazia o mesmo incluindo outros exames e dizendo que era procedimento padrão.
Outro detalhe é que nem foi solicitada a minha identidade em nenhum momento, apenas olhou o número do convênio. Ou seja, se qualquer um aparecesse com minha carteirinha teria feito os exames em meu lugar.
Enfim poderia falar muita coisa, mas o atendimento neste lugar é o pior que eu já vi em minha vida, nem no SUS eu fui atendida assim, ao contrário.
Não recomendaria este lugar em hipótese nenhuma e se tiverem qualquer oportunidade de escolher outra clínica, tenho certeza que estarão fazendo uma boa escolha.
Triste ver que existem lugares assim .

I scheduled a specific exam and when I arrived at the clinic the receptionist said that because it was the first time I would make an appointment and the doctor would perform several other exams that she wanted. But there was no need, because I already have my doctor, I already had an appointment and I had already performed all the exams he suggested, and I had a request to do the exam that I had scheduled and it was just what I needed. Still, I noticed that in the health insurance release guide he had made 3 requests, adding an exam I didn't even know and the consultation.
Upon entering the office, the doctor did not even look at me, she did not say good morning, she told me to go to the exam location, which I noticed that it had not been prepared and had the papers used by the last patient and I changed it myself, abruptly performed the exam without saying anything and in less than two minutes he said that I could go. So why release a query guide if the query was not performed? Why include another exam that I didn't request if it wasn't done? I noticed that with the other patients he did the same, including other tests and saying that it was standard procedure.
Another detail is that I was not even asked for my identity at any time, just looked at the insurance number. That is, if anyone showed up with my card they would have taken the exams in my place.
Anyway, I could say a lot, but the service in this place is the worst I've ever seen in my life, not even in the SUS I was treated like that, on the contrary.
I would not recommend this place under any circumstances and if you have any opportunity to choose another clinic, I am sure you will be making a good choice.
Sad to see places like this exist.
