★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não gostei dessa clínica, fazia terapia lá, aí um dia cheguei para terapia, toquei o interfone nada, fiquei de novo nada, mandei mensagem para psicóloga informando que estava na frente, ela não respondeu, eu liguei ela disse que estava chegando 10 minutos, fiquei mais de 15 minutos lá na rua esperando e nada. Fui embora e nunca mais voltei.
Se não tem recepcionista no mínimo avisar o paciente que vai se atrasar com 1 hora antes que a pessoa sai de casa mais tarde.
 I did not like this clinic, I was doing therapy there, then one day I arrived for therapy, the intercom rang nothing, I stayed nothing again, I sent a message to the psychologist informing that I was in front, she did not answer, I called she said it was arriving 10 minutes , I was more than 15 minutes there on the street waiting and nothing. I left and never came back.
If you don't have a receptionist, at least let the patient know that he's going to be late with 1 hour before the person leaves home later.
