★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou à vários dias tentando agendar uma consulta para 2 pessoas com o angiologista que me tratei a muitos anos atrás, porém quando atendem o telefone vc fica eternamente aguardando. Será que não precisam mais dos clientes????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiquei muito chateada, agendei na ultima quarta feira para ir a nutricionista na quinta, pelo whatsapp. pois bem, chegando lá fui informada simplesmente que a nutricionista só atendia ás segundas, terças e quartas, ou seja, saí do trabalho cedo para nada. falta organização, fiquei muito chateada com esse descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente é um amor de pessoa, mas o atendimento com a neurologista é péssimo. Levei meu filho e ela se resumiu a encaminha-lo para psicóloga, sem ao menos olhar para ele. Procurei a gerencia que pede que passe apenas um e-mail. UM DESCASO COM QUEM PRECISA. NÃO RECOMENDO!
The attendant is a sweetheart, but the service with the neurologist is terrible. I took my son and she just referred him to a psychologist, without even looking at him. I looked for the management that asks me to send only one email. A DISREGARD TO THOSE WHO NEED IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou sempre muuuito bem atendida nessa clínica. Gosto muito mesmo! Hoje, como de costume, tive mais um excelente atendimento pela recepcionista Ana Paula. Muito gente boa, super atenciosa, gentil, tirou minhas dúvidas com muita prestatividade. Amei!! Os médicos também são excelentes, principalmente a Dr. Tânia Apenbal (clínica médica e nutróloga) e Dr. Tereza (ginecologista). Recomendo muito mesmo! Podem marcar sua consulta sem medo.
I am always very well taken care of at this clinic. I really like it! Today, as usual, I had another excellent service from the receptionist Ana Paula. Very nice people, super attentive, kind, answered my doubts with great helpfulness. Loved it!! The doctors are also excellent, especially Dr. Tânia Apenbal (medical clinic and nutritionist) and Dr. Teresa (gynecologist). I really recommend it! You can book your appointment without fear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are traveling to the United States and need your Covid 19 test results within 24 hours, don't go to this place. I paid and took my Covid test and was supposed to get my results in 3 hours, but I never received it.
Now I have to go to the airport extra early to pay again to hopefully get my test done there before my flight.
*In reply to the clinic's reply, it wasn't in my spam folder. I received the results the next day, hours after the time of my flight.
