Funcionárias da recepção sempre de mal humor, dentistas com o ego lá em cima, sem falar na indelicadeza do cirurgião que, ao fazer a minha cirurgia de extração do siso, 'regulou' até a anestesia. Me foi cobrado um valor de R$250,00 para o material a ser usado na cirurgia (sendo que o meu convênio posteriormente o pagamento, me informou que eles cobrem TUDO e que a cobrança além de constrangedora foi indevida). Enfim, não recomendo a ninguém esta clínica e digo isso com propriedade, pois luto pelo reembolso do valor pago desde o dia da cirurgia, e a cirurgia foi em 06/06/2019.
 I do not recommend the clinic. Reception staff always in a bad mood, dentists with the ego upstairs, not to mention the unkindness of the surgeon who, by doing my wisdom extraction surgery, 'regulated' it up to anesthesia. I was charged R $ 250.00 for the material to be used in the surgery (and my agreement after the payment, informed me that they cover EVERYTHING and the embarrassing charge was improper). Anyway, I do not recommend this clinic to anyone and I say this with property, because I fight for the refund of the amount paid since the day of surgery, and the surgery was on 06/06/2019.

Em ligação, informam cobertura pelo plano. Chegando lá, a paulada de R$ 1.000,00
Sinceramente, se eu pudesse recomendar algo, conhecendo a internet desde sempre, é que você devia ficar longe de um local que frauda avaliações, no minimo. O feed back é base fundamental da troca de experiencia dos usuarios dentro da internet e peça chave no desenvolvimento da relação comercial e humana. Enfim.
Somado isto a experiencia, fujam. Mas fujam rapido. Disso pra sair de lá banguela, é 1, 2.

Honestly, if I could recommend something, knowing the internet all along, it is that you should stay away from a place that cheats reviews, at the very least. The feed back is a fundamental basis for the exchange of user experiences within the internet and a key element in the development of the commercial and human relationship. Anyway.

Desde a primeira consulta, tive problemas nessa clínica. Falta de atenção da recepcionista, de marcar um horário, você chegar até o consultório, ficar esperando 40 minutos, pra ela se dar conta de que marcou errado o horário da consulta. (Detalhe: em momento algum, recebi um mísero pedido de desculpas). Demora MUITO pra vc ser atendido e em nenhum momento alguém te dá satisfação ou informação do pq do atraso. Dentista com zero empatia. Em alguns momentos de dor (estampado na minha cara) ele não se preocupou em nenhum momento em perguntar se estava doendo, se estava td bem. Restauração mal feita, da qual tive que retonar pois ficou alta, e incomodando a mordida do dente.
Não recomendo! Fui pelo convênio e tive um atendimento horrível. Com a sensação de que estavam me "fazendo um favor".
O que falta nesse lugar, é o basico: atenção e mais carinho ao paciente.
Se você leu esse comentário até aqui, dica de ouro: não vá nesse consultório.

From the first appointment, I had problems at this clinic. The receptionist's lack of attention, to make an appointment, to reach the office, to wait for 40 minutes, to realize that the appointment was wrong. (Detail: At no time did I receive a meager apology). It takes a long time for you to be attended and in no time someone gives you satisfaction or information because of the delay. Dentist with zero empathy. In some moments of pain (stamped on my face) he did not bother to ask if it hurt, if it was all right. Restoration poorly done, which I had to retonate because it was high, and bothering the bite of the tooth.
I do not recommend! I went through the agreement and had a horrible service. With the feeling that they were "doing me a favor".
What is missing in this place is the basics: attention and more affection to the patient.
If you've read this review so far, golden tip: don't go to this office.
