★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma Consulta com Oftalmologia Clinica, Mas o retorno, para Conferir as Medidas , tem mais de 60 dias, (consegui falar com o Diretor da Empresa, tentando Justificar a demora, até hoje nada....Cuidado com a Cuidar de Nos.
I made an appointment with Clinical Ophthalmology, But the return, to Check the Measures, has more than 60 days, (I managed to speak with the Director of the Company, trying to Justify the delay, until today nothing ... Beware of Taking Care of Us.

O Dr. João Ortopedista é excelente.
Mas pra marcar retorno demora muito ( tem médicos que vão poucas vezes por mês ) e acaba cobrando outra consulta.
As recepcionistas se confundem com os horários, marcam um horário, liga confirmando outro e o paciente chega pra consultar e espera umas 1:30 porque ela dizem o horário errado. Achei desorganizado, a simpatia não paga pelo meu tempo perdido. O lugar é limpo mas isso é o mínimo para uma clínica médica , portanto não é critério de avaliação.
Dr Ana Luísa is very very good.
Dr. João Orthopedist is excellent.
But it takes a long time to schedule a return visit (there are doctors who go a few times a month) and ends up charging another appointment.
The receptionists get confused with the times, make an appointment, call confirming another and the patient arrives for consultation and waits around 1:30 because they say the wrong time. I found it disorganized, sympathy doesn't pay for my lost time. The place is clean but that's the minimum for a medical clinic, so it's not an evaluation criterion.

Excelente clinica.... Recomendo para todos que querem um bom resultado final. Parabéns Roberta Guimarães pelo seu lindo trabalho.
