My daughter was bitten by a dog, I went to the clinic on a Saturday, she was treated with respect, professionalism and a lot of attention. Congratulations to all the professionals. From the reception to the doctors and nurses who attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... funcionarios no celular, péssimo atendimento, informações contrárias, médicos atrasadíssimos, funcionários se escondendo, por qualquer motivos mandando voltar no dia seguinte, cousa que com um pouco de boa vontade de trabalhar resolveria.Eu achei muito ruim o atendimento e todos reclamavam, eles não divulgam que tem o atendimento, os pacientes é que se comunicam, isso para evitar trabalho para eles.Mal vestidos, jalecos sujos, conversinhas paralelas, com assuntos que não nos duz respeito e tudo que vc chega lá, perguntando eles não sabem informar e dispensa vc.Horrível, sugestão ir um órgão de inspetoria, sem avisar e observar a veracidade.
... employees on cell phones, poor service, contrary information, doctors very late, employees hiding, for any reason sending them back the next day, something that with a little willingness to work would solve. I thought the service was very bad and everyone complained , they don't disclose that they have the service, the patients communicate, this to avoid work for them. Poorly dressed, dirty coats, side conversations, with subjects that don't show us respect and everything you get there, asking them they don't know inform and dismiss vc.Horrível, suggestion to go to an inspection body, without warning and observing the veracity.
