★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sendo muito bem atendida ,todos os dias vou verificar minha glicose e estou sendo acompanhada pelo dr Americo e enfemeira e tecnicas que por sinal são muito atenciosos, ão sinto falta de mais técnicos de enfermagem por que a demanda e muito grande para poucos funcionários, e eles ficam muito supercarregados , mas mesmo assim trata o as pessoas com muita atenção, Do tenho a agradecer !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha nora foi hoje dia 09 de julho , com meu filho na Clinica da família de jacutinga , uma agente da equipe diamante perguntou se meu filho tinha cartão do sus . Ele não tem cartão do sus e ai a atendente levantou os braços e disse que ela não ia fazer, mas se outros agentes quisesem poderia fazer. Então ele veio embora sem o atendimento.
My daughter-in-law was today July 9, with my son in the Clinic of the family of jacutinga, a diamond team agent asked if my son had sus card. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta no dentista à 2 meses atrás e eles me deixaram agendada para hoje, dia 25 às 14 horas, e quando cheguei lá a clínica estava fechada, 2 meses sentindo dor esperando por essa consulta e no dia a clínica nem abre, acho um desrespeito isso, nem sequer para avisar que estaria fechada ou se eles sabiam que estaria fechada hoje pq marcar a consulta pra hoje ? Não faz sentido, completa falta de organização e profissionalismo!
I made an appointment at the dentist 2 months ago and they left me scheduled for today, the 25th at 14 hours, and when I got there the clinic was closed, 2 months in pain waiting for this appointment and the day the clinic does not even open, I think one disrespect it, not even to warn that it would be closed or if they knew it would be closed today why make the appointment for today? It makes no sense, complete lack of organization and professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aqui em 15/09/21 pra segunda dose da vacina contra covid. Cheguei às 07:30, pois no site da prefeitura diz que o atendimento é a partir das oito horas... só que não! A fila enorme e a gente torrando no sol.. entrei e perguntei o que faltava pra entrar...a "menina" que libera os lotes não havia chegado!!! Eu sabia o horário que a clínica abre e ela, que trabalha, não sabe????? Ela chegou as 08:20!!! Entramos as 08:30!!!! Pq o serviço público tem que ser assim??? Ninguém toma conta disso????? Ainda vou trabalhar. Ninguém nos respeita!!!!
I'm here on 09/15/21 for the second dose of the covid vaccine. I arrived at 7:30 am, as the city hall's website says that the service starts at 8 am... but no! The long line and people toasting in the sun... I entered and asked what was missing to enter...the "girl" who releases the lots had not arrived!!! I knew the hours the clinic opens and she, who works, don't you know????? She arrived at 08:20!!! We entered at 8:30 am!!!! Why does the public service have to be like this??? Nobody takes care of it????? I'm still going to work. Nobody respects us!!!!
