★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica atende em caso de surto, porém depois que a pessoa melhora, ao invés de mandar tratar ambulatorialmente deixa o paciente preso e se recusam a dar alta. Um absurdo estou com uma amiga nessa situação, entrou por surto de depressão. Só Deus por ela. Filme de terror em psiquiatria

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a clínica foi através da minha mãe. Não recomendo! A mesma foi internada com um quadro de depressão aguda, ficou apenas uma semana e teve uma infecção urinária. Sendo assim, foi conduzida para uma unidade hospitalar. Quando recebeu alta deste hospital, o Americancor, a clínica da gavea, a mesma que tinha internado a minha mãe há pouco tempo, informou que ela não tinha indicação para ser internada novamente. O que aconteceu com a depressão aguda? Os delírios? A agressividade? NÃO COLOQUEM SEUS ENTES QUERIDOS NESTA CLÍNICA! PELO BEM DELES! Mas foi bom ter ocorrido isso! Minha mãe poderia correr risco nesse local! PROCUREM OUTRA CLÍNICA! ESTA, DEFINITIVAMENTE, NÃO VALE A PENA!
My experience with the clinic was through my mother. I do not recommend! She was hospitalized with a picture of acute depression, stayed only a week and had a urinary infection. Therefore, she was taken to a hospital unit. When she was discharged from this hospital, Americancor, the clinic in the drawer, the same one that had recently admitted my mother, informed her that she had no indication to be admitted again. What happened to acute depression? The delusions? The aggressiveness? DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONE INTO THIS CLINIC! FOR THEIR GOOD! But it was good that this happened! My mother could take a risk in this place! LOOK FOR ANOTHER CLINIC! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi terrível, não somos do Rio de Janeiro, e fizemos um esforço pagando ambulância para transportar minha sogra para ser internada na clínica. Aceitaram a internação da minha sogra, e com uma semana eles transferiram ela para um hospital comum para tratar de uma infeção urinária, e depois de tratada, minha sogra retornaria para a clínica. Porém, quando a minha sogra teve alta do outro hospital com tudo pronto para retornar, eles NEGARAM a internação dela. COMO ASSIM? Nós somos de outra cidade, confiamos na clínica, eles transferiram pra outro hospital não falaram antes com meu esposo, e simplesmente negam uma paciente que já era de responsabilidade deles? O médico avaliou ela por 1 minuto ou menos e disse que não tinha indicação para internação, sendo uma paciente com depressão aguda.
Fora a demora no atendimento de uma pessoa idosa, a fazendo esperar, ficar um tempão sem comer, atendendo na frente pessoas que chegaram depois. DESCASO TOTAL!
Olhando alguns comentários aqui vejo que minha sogra se livrou de algo pior com a negação da internação dela e NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM QUE SE INTERNE OU INTERNE ALGUM FAMILIAR NESSA CLÍNICA!
The experience was terrible, we are not from Rio de Janeiro, and we made an effort to pay for an ambulance to transport my mother-in-law to be admitted to the clinic. They accepted the hospitalization of my mother-in-law, and within a week they transferred her to a regular hospital to treat a urinary tract infection, and once treated, my mother-in-law would return to the clinic. However, when my mother-in-law was discharged from the other hospital with everything ready to return, they DENIED her admission. LIKE THIS? We're from another city, we trust the clinic, they transferred to another hospital, didn't they talk to my husband before, and simply deny a patient who was already their responsibility? The doctor evaluated her for 1 minute or less and said she had no indication for hospitalization, being a patient with acute depression.
Besides the delay in the care of an elderly person, making them wait, not eating for a long time, taking care of people who arrived later. TOTAL DISCLAIMER!
Looking at some comments here, I see that my mother-in-law got rid of something worse with the denial of her hospitalization and I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO HOSTS THEMSELVES OR ANY FAMILY IN THIS CLINIC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui interno. As instalações não são de um hotel 5 estrelas, claro, mas de uma clínica de reabilitação. NO há frescuras. Há casos desde os mais intensos aos mais brandos. Por isso tanga rigidez.
Reuniões excelentes, profissionais de ponta, entrei com o meu vício e estou até hoje extremamente controlado. Super recomendo principalmente a quem já vai destinado a se tratar.
I went intern. The facilities are not of a 5-star hotel, of course, but of a rehabilitation clinic. There are NO frills. There are cases from the most intense to the mildest. That's why it's rigid.
Excellent meetings, cutting-edge professionals, I started with my addiction and I am still extremely controlled. I highly recommend it especially to those who are already destined to be treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi marcada a primeira consulta para meu marido, que sofre de depressão, para dia: 02/03/2022, às 08:20, com o Psiquiatra Dr. Daniel Roque. Chegamos bem antes do previsto, foi feita a ficha e ficamos esperando na sala de espera.
Mais de 1 hora de espera, ou seja, umas 09:30 e nem sinal do médico. Meu marido estava em jejum, porque saímos muito cedo e não deu tempo dele comer nada. Ele perguntou para a atendente sobre o médico e nenhum telefone do mesmo avisando do porquê da demora. Enfim; decidimos ir embora, pedimos o cancelamento da consulta; visto que, O Sr Dr Daniel Roque não deu o ar da sua presença.

The first appointment for my husband, who suffers from depression, was scheduled for the day: 03/02/2022, at 08:20, with Psychiatrist Dr. Daniel Roque. We arrived well ahead of schedule, the form was made and we were waiting in the waiting room.
More than 1 hour of waiting, that is, around 9:30 am and no sign of the doctor. My husband was fasting, because we left very early and he didn't have time to eat anything. He asked the attendant about the doctor and no phone from him informing him of the delay. Anyway; we decided to leave, we asked for the appointment to be canceled; since, Mr Dr Daniel Roque did not give the air of his presence.
Revolting??? No, disgusting!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. They don't help us and we need to pretend everything is okay in order to get out. In fact, if not for my father, I'd still be rotting there. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying there. They use old methods and the consultations sometimes last for less than 10 minutes. As soon as you get there and you go to sector 207 you can't believe your own eyes. Why am I here if I was suicidal? Why am I next to people who are in love with trees and take a dump in front of everyone? BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE. There are good and kind people who work at Clínica da Gávea, but the owners are probably very close to the Devil.
