No meu ponto de vista lugares assim deveriam ter atendentes com treinamento para atendimento ao público. Educada pelo menos.
Not very comfortable because the receptionist service is not good. Found it extremely rude, I talk loud, smiles loud. Without even class.
Places in my point of view so they should have attendants with training to customer service. Educated at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, gosto muito do profissionalismo da Dra. Paula. Só ela conseguiu dar jeito em um problema de pele que minha filha teve.
Mas se for pra ter um atendimento tão ruim no Wathz era melhor nem ter. A pessoa que atende é muito rispida, pouco comunicativa, não da respostas completas. Acredito que a atendente deveria estar ocupada atendendo mais gente na recepção ou coisa assim, mesmo assim deixa a desejar esse atendimento mal realizado.

But if there is to be such a bad service at Wathz, it would be better not to have it. The person who answers is very harsh, not communicative, does not give complete answers. I believe that the attendant should be busy attending to more people at the reception or something, even so, this poor service is poor.
