★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com meu esposo para ele fazer exame e fui super mal tratada pela recepcionista. Somos de outra cidade e o DETRAN agendou para a mesma e quando meu esposo entrou para fazer o exame, a recepcionista me disse que eu não poderia aguardar lá e que tinham avisos. Eu expliquei a mesma que não era da cidade e se eu poderia aguardar na recepção, ela me respondeu que não poderia fazer nada. Aí perguntei se ela poderia pegar a chave do carro com meu esposo, pois além de eu não ter pra onde ir, tudo estava dentro do carro (bolsa com carteira, documentos e dinheiro). Ela repetir grosseiramente que não poderia fazer nada e que eu não poderia ficar ali. Eu ainda insiti dizendo que não teria como ficar no sol e sem conhecer nada na cidade, e a resposta foi a mesma e que poderia voltar umas 16:00 hrs pois já deveria ter terminado.
Fiquei desde 14:15 h andando em uma cidade que não conheço, sem documentos, dinheiro e me sentindo super humilhada!!!! Nunca fui tratada assim!!!!
A Clínica deveria orientar seus funcionários sobre como lidar com o público, ter educação ao falar, pois ela foi super grossa e arrogante comigo. Espero que isso não se repita com mais ninguém. E poderia ter sido evitado esse constrangimento, pois estive lá na sexta feira para marcar a prova e ela viu que eu não faria a mesma e hoje ao me ver lá, poderia ter me avisado que eu não poderia antes do meu esposo entrar. Eu não tinha visto o aviso. Eu fui expulsa na frente de um outro cliente que achou um absurdo o jeito que ela falou e a atitude que tomou.
O ocorrido foi hoje dia 30/01/2017, por volta das 14:20 hrs
I went with my husband for him to take and was super badly treated by the receptionist. We are from another city and DETRAN has scheduled it and when my husband came in for the exam, the receptionist told me that I could not wait there and had warnings. I explained to her that she was not from town and if I could wait at the front desk, she told me she could do nothing. Then I asked if she could get the car key from my husband, because besides I had nowhere to go, everything was in the car (purse with wallet, documents and money). She rudely repeat that I could do nothing and that I could not stay there. I still insisted that I could not stay in the sun and know nothing in the city, and the answer was the same and could come back about 16:00 hrs because it should have already ended.
I was since 14:15 h walking in a city I do not know, without documents, money and feeling super humiliated !!!! I was never treated like that !!!!
The Clinic should advise its staff on how to deal with the public, be polite when speaking, as she was super thick and arrogant with me. I hope this is not repeated with anyone else. And that embarrassment could have been avoided, because I was there on Friday to mark the test and she saw that I would not do the same and today when seeing me there, could have warned me that I could not before my husband entered. I had not seen the warning. I was expelled in front of another client who found it absurd the way she spoke and the attitude she took.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo!!! As recepcionistas arrogantes e ignorantes, precisam aprender receber o pacientes até pq a função delas é recepcionar. As mesmas estão precisando urgente de treinamento!!! E tem que lembrá- las que somos nós pacientes que pagamos o salário delas.
It was awful!!! Arrogant and ignorant receptionists need to learn to receive patients even because their function is to receive. They are in urgent need of training!!! And you have to remind them that we are the patients who pay their wages.
