★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei indignada que a médica mandou eu da sucos e frutas ao meu bebê que só tem 3 meses e está na amamentação exclusiva, que tipo de pediatra indica isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pior clínica que existe. A médica Cláudia foi avaliar o bebê e disse que ele tinha fimose, fez um procedimento no bebê que o machucou, saiu sangue e não fez nada. Não recomendo.
Horrible. Worst clinic ever. Doctor Cláudia went to evaluate the baby and said he had phimosis, performed a procedure on the baby that hurt him, blood came out and did nothing. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento horrível não recomento a dra Claudia a consulta não durou nem 5 minutos , ela não me deixou fazer perguntas , meu bebe estava com 7 meses ela mandou dar danone para ele com geleia de mocotó e mucilon , produtos industrializados que nenhum pediatra de verdade iria recomentar , fora que ela fez procedimentos com o meu bebe que ele chorou para tomar o choro e ela não fez nada , pior atendimento medico que já vi , não recomento da ninguém dra Claudia e também a clinica que vc liga e ninguém atende ..
horrible service I do not recommend Dr Claudia , the consultation did not last even 5 minutes , she did not let me ask any questions , my baby was 7 months old , she ordered him to be given danish with mocotó jelly and mucilon , industrialized products that no real pediatrician would recommend , besides that she performed procedures with my baby that he cried to take the crying and she did nothing , worst medical care I have ever seen , I do not recommend Dr Claudia and also the clinic that you call and no one attends ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo o acompanhamento mensal do meu filho com dra Cláudia, já não estava muito satisfeita pois as consultas durava em média de 5 minutos, praticamente só pesava e media o tamanho do bebê. Depois eu estava viajando e meu filho teve uma alergia entrei em contato com o consultório pra falar com dra Cláudia para que ela me orientasse, ela ficou de me retornar a ligação depois das consultas, depois recebi uma mensagem dizendo que ela me ligava a tarde e até hoje eu espero a ligação. Vejo que em uma emergência é uma médica que você não pode contar com ela.
I was doing the monthly follow-up of my son with Dr Claudia, I was no longer very satisfied because the consultations lasted an average of 5 minutes, I practically only weighed and measured the baby's size. Afterwards I was traveling and my son had an allergy. I contacted the office to speak with Dr. Cláudia so that she could guide me, she was able to call me back after the consultations, then I received a message saying that she would call me in the afternoon and to this day I wait for the call. I see that in an emergency it's a doctor you can't count on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa clínica nem pra meu pior inimigo, marquei uma consulta para minha filha quando entrei no consultório da dr.claudia eu acho que ela não deixou nem agente sentar só fez ouvir os batimentos da minha filha é pronto, e passar uns remédios e xau, agente cheio de dúvidas e perguntando e ela falando muito rápido, ali e pior do que o SUS deus me livre que minha filha não entra ali. Experiência muito ruim
I don't recommend this clinic even to my worst enemy, I made an appointment for my daughter when I entered dr.claudia's office, I think she didn't even let us sit down, she just listened to my daughter's heartbeat, it's ready, and give me some medicine and bye , agent full of doubts and asking and she talking very fast, there and worse than SUS God forbid that my daughter does not enter there. very bad experience

A médica fez um procedimento no meu filho para fimose que machucou, meu filho pra fazer xixi ele sentia muita dor, não deixe ela fazer isso nos seus filhos pois isso é uma tortura e não resolve nada, as consultas são rápidas, ou seja , ela não faz muita pergunta. Péssimo atendimento, nunca mais retorno lá, eu como mãe vi o quanto meu filho sofreu com esse procedimento que essa médica fez , e ainda passou um remédio nada haver.
Terrible!! The doctor performed a procedure on my son for phimosis that hurt, my son was in a lot of pain to pee, do not let her do this to your children as this is torture and does not solve anything, the consultations are quick, that is, she doesn't ask too many questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, pergunto-me como que essa clínica funciona ainda hoje. O atendimento é péssimo! Sequer posso avaliar os médicos porque - quando fiz a bobagem de pôr meus pés aí - já fui tão destratado que desisti no ato.
Mesmo tendo ligado com antecedência, explicado que minha esposa estava no pós-cirúrgico, nos deixaram esperando 30 minutos sem que houvesse alguém sequer pra dar uma informação ou fazer o atendimento inicial.
Terrível, péssimo, constrangedor. Existem alternativas infinitamente superiores na cidade. Não percam tempo.
Honestly, I wonder how this clinic still works today. The service is terrible! I can't even evaluate the doctors because - when I did the silly thing to put my feet there - I was already so abused that I gave up on the spot.
Even though I called in advance, explained that my wife was in the post-surgery period, they kept us waiting 30 minutes without anyone even giving us information or providing initial care.
Terrible, awful, embarrassing. There are infinitely superior alternatives in the city. Don't waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento médico é ótimo, mas o telefone vive fora do gancho, impossibilitando de manter contato via telefone ( foi visto presencialmente q o telefone n estava conectado)
Medical care is great, but the phone is off the hook, making it impossible to keep in touch via phone (it was seen in person that the phone was not connected)
