★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência. Na hora de fecharem o pacote correm atrás de você .... Na hora de marcarem o retorno, fogem .... Péssimo suporte ! Não indicaria. Infelizmente, não posso cancelar, pois pagaria uma multa de 20%. Então, sou obrigada a terminar .... E, quando liguei para reclamar, fingem que não entendem o que está sendo dito. Não recomendaria .
I didn't have a good experience. When they close the package, they run after you.... When they make an appointment, they run away.... Terrible support! Would not indicate. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel as I would pay a 20% penalty. So I'm forced to finish.... And when I called to complain, they pretend they don't understand what's being said. Would not recommend.

Fiquei até receiosa e preferi não apostar nos serviços, talvez as esteticistas sejam ótimas, mas a primeira impressão do atendimento ao cliente na recepção é oq fecha ou não a contratação do serviço. Ainda mais depois de ler alguns comentários aqui relatando dificuldades de acolhimento por parte do local.
Treinamentos seriam uma boa ideia para a equipe de front...
Customer service is extremely poor, apathetic, likely to be first-time employees or something.
I was even apprehensive and preferred not to bet on the services, maybe the beauticians are great, but the first impression of the customer service at the reception is what closes or not the contracting of the service. Even more so after reading some comments here reporting reception difficulties on the part of the place.
Trainings would be a good idea for the front team...

I was welcomed by the team and I started to wait with joy for the procedures. Finally I recovered my self-esteem I feel beautiful young I admire my skin body I feel beautiful and safe. Giolaser treated my interior as well as my body. I feel full and I recommend it to all women who experience this experience.
