★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradeço a clínica de fisioterapia, em especial a Sra. Ângela, sempre prestativa e solidária, diferente do fisioterapeuta Luciano. Na minha primeira avaliação comentei sobre sua competência mas, após presenciar uma indelicadeza com uma paciente dizendo-lhe que "não era santo" e " vc continua usando sapatilha" mudei minha concepção em relação em relação a ele pois, sendo um profissional preparado, capacitado, trabalhar a 18 anos na clínica, deveria saber que as pessoas q estão ali não estão em lazer e sim em busca de tratamento para suas doenças. Sua conduta foi totalmente antiética. No meu caso é normal não conseguir fazer os exercícios e ainda mais lembrar a sequência dos mesmos. Estou na clínica para fazer meu tratamento e obter os benefícios da fisioterapia. O fisioterapeuta Luciano teve a capacidade de falar alto, dentro da sala com pacientes e outra fisioterapeuta "que era pra eu levar papel e caneta para anotar os exercícios. Do mesmo modo respondi que alí é uma clínica de fisioterapia e não uma escola onde o aluno tem q fazer anotações. Depois de muitos anos como paciente da clínica deixo esta reclamação. Obrigado

Your conduct was totally unethical. In my case, it's normal not to be able to do the exercises and even more to remember the sequence of the exercises. I'm at the clinic to do my treatment and get the benefits of physiotherapy. The physiotherapist Luciano had the ability to speak loudly, inside the room with patients and another physiotherapist "I was supposed to bring paper and pen to write down the exercises. In the same way I replied that there is a physiotherapy clinic and not a school where the student I have to take notes. After many years as a patient at the clinic I leave this complaint. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conrinua a comentar uma clinica que a unica coisa que ela tem é o Espaço , mas um espaço sozinho não acontece nada , pq. esqueceram de colocar profissionais dentro do local , abandonei o tto e os responsáveis sabiam que estava tendo problemas com a pessoa que ensinava os exercícios e por momento nenhum entrou em contato , agora uma coisa sei te falar acho que se conservasse o espaço fisico e a secretaria acho que seria uma clínica. Fiquei indignada com o atendimento , sem nenhum profissionalismo e ética . Triste como as empresas mantém associações com um local assim . Não tem nem como avaliar !!! Luiz Cláudio solidarizo com você , pq. O meu problema foi com essa pessoa ( Luciano ) , não sei como uma pessoa perde tanto tempo em uma faculdade , que é tão maçante , há tanto sacrifício , tanta luta , temos que abrir mão de tantas coisas na vida para conseguir concluir um curso , dos finais de semana ... .. e tantas coisas para sair uma pessoa daquele jeito sem etica ... educação ... , anti profissional ... , e uma clínica consegue manter alguém daquele jeito no quadro da empresa . Por mais que sejam independentes como diz ele , que não trabalha para a clínica usa o espaço , mas queimando o ponto dos outors .
