★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são maravilhosos, mas a recepção tem um atendimento horrível, não tem respeito pelos clientes e não sabem atender, lamentável vcs colocarem pessoas que não querem valorizar o árduo trabalho desses profissionais, deixando de ser cliente e paciente a partir de hoje, fui super mal atendido por telefone por uma funcionária quem nem se identifica ao atender a ligação e infelizmente não tenho como falar o nome porque não sei. Lamentável.
The professionals are wonderful, but the reception has a horrible service, has no respect for customers and does not know how to serve, unfortunate you put people who do not want to value the hard work of these professionals, stop being a customer and patient from today, I was super poorly answered by phone by an employee who does not even identify himself when answering the call and unfortunately I have no way of saying the name because I do not know. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, eu e minha cunhada frequentamos a clínica para levar nossos filhos a terapias, achamos a clínica agradável, limpa e organizada, apesar dos terapeutas ocupacionais nunca ficarem muito tempo, isso é um transtorno muito grande, quanto a recepção durante a semana, é sempre um transtorno no horário das 14 horas, as atendentes demoram muito pra atender, mal humoradas. Temos terapia aos já sabemos que é um sábado bom e outro ruim, quando estão os dois jovens e mais rápido e eles são bem gentis, mas no dia das senhoras, é horrível muito lentas,temos que ficar ligando na semana pra pedir guia pra adiantar, além de que o sistema sem cai, sem contar que nunca sabem resolver os problemas dos planos.

We have therapy but we already know that it's a good Saturday and a bad one, when the two are young and faster and they're very kind, but on Ladies' Day, it's horrible, very slow, we have to keep calling during the week to ask for a guide to advance , in addition to the fact that the system does not fall apart, not to mention that they never know how to solve the problems of the plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo, esse problema com Terapia ocupacional e constante sem contar que tem psicologos que só pensam em guias, fora isso a clinica e excelente, agora a dona deveria mesmo vê os funcionarios msm da recepção tem horarios que e horrivel, tem mulheres que além de mal humoradas são lentas demais.
I agree, this problem with Occupational Therapy is constant, not to mention that there are psychologists who only think about guides, other than that, the clinic is excellent, now the owner should really see the same staff at the reception, they have horrible hours, there are women who are beyond bad moods are too slow.
