★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Roosevelt é excelente, mas a secretária é super desatenciosa, estou ligando para marcar uma consulta para meu filho e ela foi logo dizendo que só tinha vaga para o final de maio e perguntou se poderia ser, eu disse que sim e ela me deixou esperando já há mais de 20 minutos. Conforme a imagem. E não é a primeira vez, outra vez eu liguei para confirmar a consulta e ela não havia colocado na agenda dele na agenda. Tenho urgência no retorno e poderia desligar mas, se eu desligo, vai ficar dando ocupado. Não sei como pode isso, a secretária, não percebe que há 20 minutos o telefone não toca?!
Dr Roosevelt is excellent, but the secretary is super inattentive, I'm calling to make an appointment for my son and she was right away saying that she only had a vacancy for the end of May and asked if it could be, I said yes and she kept me waiting it's been over 20 minutes now. As per the picture. And it's not the first time, another time I called to confirm the appointment and she hadn't put it on his agenda. I have an urgent call back and I could hang up, but if I hang up, it's going to be busy. I don't know how it can be, the secretary, doesn't she realize that the phone hasn't ringed for 20 minutes?!
