★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dr Ricardo é um excelente médico, mas o atendimento é super mal organizado, fiquei de 8:30 pra ser atendida 13:00, um absurdo, eles anotam o nome da pessoa, ela vai embora e volta depois, e os paciente que moram longe ficam aqui esperando o dia inteiro.
Dr Ricardo is an excellent doctor, but the service is very poorly organized, I stayed from 8:30 to be attended at 1:00 pm, absurd, they write down the person's name, he leaves and comes back later, and the patients who live far away they stay here waiting all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A segunda é última vez que fui nessa Clinica, é péssimo o tratamento com cliente .você marca horário e o médico chega a hora que bem entende.
Cheguei a esperar durante duas horas e meia .e a desculpa é sempre a mesma, que o trânsito estava engarrafado.
Essa já é velha! "Melhor arranjar outra desculpa!"
Essa clinica não merece o prestígio do cliente!
Falo por experiência própria!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico não vai e avisa em cima da hora. Segunda vez que acontece. São idosos que perdem tempo e dinheiro com locomoção pra chegar lá e médico não ir. De 3 vezes que fui com minha tia, duas o Dr Onaldo não foi.
Doctor does not go and warns at the last minute. Second time it happens. They are elderly people who waste time and money on getting there and the doctor doesn't go. Of the 3 times I went with my aunt, Dr Onaldo didn't go twice.
