★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um absurdo, em pleno ano de 2019, uma clínica como essa não aceitar cartão. Pedi pra um amigo e sacar o dinheiro enquanto aguardava minha vez de ser atendido, só que não fui... liguei pra marcar o horário pra 14:45 e só fui atendido depois que meu amigo sacou o dinheiro, e veio deixar! Nem transferência aceitam!
I think it's absurd, in the middle of 2019, a clinic like this does not accept a card. I asked a friend and withdraw the money while waiting for my turn to be answered, but I did not go ... I called to set the time for 14:45 and I was only answered after my friend took the money, and came to leave! Neither transfer accepted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz bastante tempo que sou cliente, gosto muito do Dr Marcos Doti mas estou pensando seriamente em mudar pois o atendimento telefônico é péssimo passo horas gastando crédito e esperando para marcar sem ser atendida, tá ruim.
I’ve been a client for a long time, I really like Dr Marcos Doti but I’m seriously thinking about changing because the phone service is a terrible step, spending hours on credit and waiting to make an appointment without being answered, it’s bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito Ruim. Marquei um teste do olhinho para minha filha e fui com minha esposa . O exame deveria ocorrer às 10h, porém, às 11h e 30 minutos, a atendente após inúmeras tentativas conseguiu falar com o médico (Dr.Gustavo), que confirmou que não iria vir.
Independente dos motivos do cancelamento não achei correto nos fazer esperar 2h, uma criança de 10 dias e uma mulher recém cirurgiada, para avisar que o mesmo não viria.
Too bad. I made an eye test for my daughter and went with my wife. The examination should take place at 10 am, however, at 11:30 am, the attendant after numerous attempts managed to speak to the doctor (Dr. Gustavo), who confirmed that she would not come.
Regardless of the reasons for the cancellation, I didn't think it was right to make us wait 2 hours, a 10-day-old child and a newly-operated woman, to warn that it would not come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho confiança, pois é uma clínica com ótimo atendimento, mas esse atendimento muda ao adentrar no consultório médico. Tenho confecção que o Dr. Dotti é um ótimo oftalmologista, mas no momento em que ele passou a colocar outros médicos para substituí-lo, ficou um pouco precário de carisma, interação entre o profissional e o paciente.
I have confidence, because it is a clinic with great service, but this service changes when you enter the doctor's office. I have clothing that Dr. Dotti is a great ophthalmologist, but the moment he started putting other doctors to replace him, he got a little precarious in charisma, interaction between the professional and the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar uma consulta o telefone só chama e ninguém atende, aí as 8:30 da manha mandei um WhatsApp, umas 09:30 me responderam e não deram continuidade a conversa, eu fiquei aguardando. As 15:00 horas liguei para o fixo e atenderam, e eu no telefone pensando qual melhor dia para levar meu pai, a recepcionista falou" moça então você pensa qual dia pode vir e liga depois" achei um absurdo, aí acabei marcando para um dos horários oferecidos por ela, aí ela pediu para eu avisar caso não comparecesse, aí eu disse" se vocês atenderem o telefone e responderem o whatsapp eu aviso sim". Dez minutos depois me responderam no whatsapp, eu eu disse " já liguei e já marquei, vocês não concluíram no whatsapp e me deixaram aguardando". Péssimas profissionais, mas os médicos são excelentes.
I called to make an appointment, the phone just calls and no one answers, then at 8:30 in the morning I sent a WhatsApp, at about 9:30 they answered me and they did not continue the conversation, I was waiting. At 3:00 pm I called the landline and they answered, and I was on the phone thinking about the best day to take my father, the receptionist said" girl, so you think what day you can come and call later" I thought it was absurd, so I ended up making an appointment for a of the schedules offered by her, then she asked me to let you know if I didn't show up, then I said "if you answer the phone and answer whatsapp, I'll let you know". Ten minutes later they answered me on whatsapp, I said "I already called and I already booked, you didn't finish on whatsapp and left me waiting". Terrible professionals, but the doctors are excellent.
