★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEM EDUCAÇÃO, GROSSO, SEM ÉTICA NENHUMA E DEBOCHADO! MARCA MAIS DE 10 PESSOAS NO MESMO HORÁRIO, Me fez esperar 2 horas com olhos dilatados da minha filha de 1 aninho. Falei com ele e xingou, gritou, disse que colírio demora 2 horas pra dilatar, fui embora e agendei outro! Ele só quer grana, atendimento ruim, com pressa para atender muitos.
NO EDUCATION, THICK, NO ETHICS EVERYONE! BRAND OVER 10 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME Made me wait 2 hours with dilated eyes on my 1 year old daughter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médico ignorante, sem educação, debochado e não tem o mínimo de empatia pelo paciente. Além disso, marca vários pacientes no mesmo horário e nos faz ficar esperando mais de 2 horas para sermos atendidos. Um absurdo. Não indico pra NINGUÉM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico é muito bom, ele é bem experiente, já havia feito duas consultas, apesar da demora o diagnóstico me ajudou bastante, ele me explicou de uma forma bem clara como funcionava o astigmatismo e tudo.
Já o atendimento pra agendar uma consulta é desastroso, você simplesmente não consegue falar pelo número indicado, ninguém atende, parece um cartório.
Esse problema de telefones e mau atendimento de atendentes de consultórios em lavras parece que é bem crônico, vc liga nos lugares e as pessoas não atendem e quando enfim atendem ( apos uma hora tentando) nos tratam mau!
Ei atendente, quem paga o seu salário não é o medico não, são os pacientes, abre o olho!

Fui por indicação, e me arrependo, coloquei lentes de contato com ele e ele nem acompanhamento está fazendo, quer que eu pague novas consultas para acompanhar um serviço que ficou errado, minhas lentes não estão corretas e ele não pode fazer nada por isso! É triste saber que gastei um dinheiro absurdo que não resolveu meu problema e não tive retorno de possíveis soluções!
