Foi me informado que não marcavam consulta e que atendiam por ordem de chegada com tempo de espera máximo de 1 hora e o preço da consulta era de R$ 180,00. Uma semana depois fui a clínica, no horário de abertura (8 horas da manhã) e me passaram que o valor tinha aumentado para R$ 200,00 e minha senha era de número 32. Não queriam emitir nota fiscal ou recibo, o que só foi feito depois de eu ameaçar chamar a polícia. Esperei 8 horas para minha mãe ser atendida.Neste período deram prioridade a clientes que vinha encaminhado pelas óticas (possível comissão envolvida), clientes idosos (minha mãe também é idosa) e clientes que davam presentinhos para as recepcionistas. Para meu horror assisti a uma servente lavando copos descartáveis para serem reutilizados pelos clientes. Quando questionei disseram que isto era ordem da direção. Quando finalmente minha mãe foi atendida, a consulta demorou 10 minutos e o médico disse que minha mãe tinha que ser operada, numa condição que apenas exige acompanhamento (dito por outros oftalmologistas). Infelizmente esta é a única clínica oftalmológica da região. Outra mais perto só em Sobral. Fujam dela e procurem outra assim mesmo. Melhor perder tempo se deslocando que receber este atendimento horrível.
I called this clinic to make an appointment for my mother. I was informed that they did not make an appointment and that they attended on a first come, first served basis, and the consultation price was R $ 180.00. Unfortunately this is the only eye clinic in the region. Another closer only in Sobral. Run away from her and look for another anyway. Better to waste time moving than to receive this horrible care.
